I love it when I make an announcement that Ima post something and then completely forget about it.

Anyway, I didn't know if I should classify this as a rant or update, so I'm putting it as both.

The school part of my life has gotten harder. They'll do whatever they can to stress me tf out to the point I push back my graduation. Love that. It honestly has gotten very demanding, and I'm tired. It was easier in the past to be in multiple book clubs and shops and just truly connecting with the community when I only had school to focus on. For anyone who doesn't know, the vet tech program I'm enrolled in requires you to work to stay in the program. If you're out of work, you're out of the program. Work cut your hours, and you didn't meet the minimum hours for that semester? You just failed all your classes, no matter the grade in each. It's exhausting.

As for the work aspect of my life, I am switching jobs because the new manager is just really unsupported with me and my school requirements as well as just playing overall favoritism. It's a long story that's about 3 to 2 months' worth of drama, but it boils down to choosing her favorite worker over a skilled worker and I'm not allowed to take days off anymore but everyone else is able to. So I decided to look elsewhere and I immediately got a job, which feels amazing. I feel appreciated. I'm going to miss my co-workers because they were amazing and taught me everything I know, but I have school and bills to worry about.

I truly missed reading, interacting in the comments with everyone, and my characters. I want to see where everyone will end up and the journey there.

I'm sorry to everyone who was a part of the book club and did their work. I will be around but not as present as I used to be and not completely disconnected.
