"I TOLD YOU everything I saw."

"Oh, gosh. Tell me again." Joyce worriedly sat at her table that was covered in random newsletters and papers. Files and things were scattered along her coffee table in the living room, which was also covered in scattering Christmas lights. Followed by the entire alphabet painted in black dripping paint with their own corresponding Christmas bulb above them.

"Upstairs or downstairs?" Hopper asked her once more.

"Upstairs." She brought her cigarette to her mouth, and took a small breath of it in, the butt of the nicotine lighting up, burning the paper surrounding the drug.

"It must be where they do experiments or something, and then there was this... this kids room." Hopper held his own cigarette, the blue bracelet on his right wrist showing as he rested his head on his hand for a moment.

"How do you know it was a kids room?" Joyce asked.

"More like a prison."

"So why would you think it was a kid's room, then?"

He took a breath in. "Because, I told you, the size of the bed, the drawing, there was a stuffed animal-"

"You didn't say there was a drawing." Joyce cut him off, stammering a bit.

"Yeah, there was a drawing of a... an adult and a child. It said 'Eleven' on it-"

"Was it good?"

Hopper paused for a moment. "It was a kid's drawing, Joyce. It was stick figures."

Joyce sighed in relief, a small smile on her face as she suddenly stood up to grab a paper within the many that were stacked on the table. She slapped in onto the table infront of Hopper.

"Wasn't Will." She took another drag of her cigarette, and shrugged towards the paper once more when Hopper looked up at her from the drawing. He looked at the drawing for a moment, observing the detailed wizards fighting on the notebook paper. Suddenly, he burned his cigarette into the ash tray and stood up to walk over towards the coffee table.

"Earl..." He leaned down at the table. "The night that Benny died, Early said he saw some kid with a shaved head with Benny. Now I pressed him, said it might be Will, but maybe..."

"Maybe it wasn't?" Joyce suggested, following him to the coffee table and sitting down right beside him.

"Look, this woman, Terry Ives, she claims to have lost her daughters. She sued Brenner, she sued the government. Now the claims came to nothing, but what if... I mean, what if this whole time I've been- I've been looking for Will, I've been chasing after some kid?"
