Well.. this is a conundrum.
The four of you, not including Biyoo and Bosacius, awkwardly stared at each other. The silence, so quiet, but so loud. Guizhong had frozen and was so still that you would've thought she turned into stone earlier than expected.
"U-Uhm.. Zhongli, would you mind saying that one more time?" Guizhong looked up at the man with a nervous smile. Zhongli merely blinked at her question.
"Apologies, am I hard to hear?" Zhongli had a ghost of a frown on his face. You, Guizhong and Xiao deadpanned.
"No, no.. it's just that the way you said it.."
You decided to cut in before the conversation got worse.
"Shizun, it's.. okay." You had a feeling that Guizhong didn't think it was.
[The Constellation, '???', is staring at you.]
This Constellation has been on your radar since Bihyung gave you permission to see the <Star Stream>. While you were able to know everyone's moniker, this particular Constellation didn't have any intentions of revealing their's. It left a bad taste in your mouth whenever you see their messages pop up as well.
Guizhong coughed to get everyone's attention. At the sound, Biyoo quickly flew over towards you and stayed near you. It seemed she was done seeking affection from a dejected Bosacius and came for you instead. That made your lips perk up a bit.
"As much as I don't think this worked out at all.. I believe we should get back to the others," Guizhong then turned to look at you with a serious glint in her eyes. "Ping is waiting for you, [Name]."
You felt like crying.
With a happy hum, Guizhong turned to walk back to the Guili Assembly's middle with a skip in her step. Zhongli quickly followed after her as well, not before giving you one last look in the eyes.
