Seoul, South Korea. Were you finally in the city where you planned out your future? After living in Gwangju for almost half of your life, you moved to Seoul to complete your studies. You were prepared, you had all the things you needed and you knew the address to your brother's house (just in case).

You waited at the train station, looking here and there for your brother. In the distance, you saw a man running towards you at full speed. "Y/N!" he shouted. Well, your brother sure knew how to make an entrance. "It's been so long!"

You smiled at Yunho and hugged him. You heard a small cough behind Yunho and looked at a man just a little shorter than him.

"Hi..." he smiled nervously.

"Yeah! Okay, Y/N, this is Jongho. Jongho, this is Y/N, my baby sister."

"Yunho-" you laughed a bit, "I'm only three years younger than you. Is there anything 'baby' about that?" you said, trying to reduce the embarrassment in front of your brother's friend.

"Nice to meet you, Y/N," he smiled nervously, his hand raised a little to shake hands. You exchanged a smile and Yunho took your bags to the car.

The ride back home was awfully awkward. "Y/N, you're going to SNU?" Yunho broke the silence.

"Yeah, that's why I'm here," you chuckled a bit.

Jongho remained silent during you and your brother's little catch-up session. "So you must be wondering why Jongho's with me since I could've come alone. I need to meet Mingi right around this area and he'll drop me off later so Jongho's taking you home. I hope it's not too awkward," Yunho said, stopping the car.

"I'll take the car from here, that okay with you, Y/N?" Jongho said, looking at you from the passenger seat. You nodded and smiled a little at Jongho.

This car ride was even more awkward than the one with Yunho. You tried to break the silence, so you opened your mouth to speak but closed it when you realized you were already at your destination.

Jongho opened the trunk of the car to take out your luggage and took it out in one swift move. He was about to take it inside but you said, "It's alright I can take it from here. I don't want to annoy you too much."

"No, no it's perfectly alright. You're not annoying me at all," he smiled a little at you and you nodded, not knowing anything else to say.

It had been a while week living with your brother and his best friend and it was okay. Jongho usually never came out of his room while you were outside and you were in your room when he was outside. So it was quite awkward while trying to converse at the dinner table.

"Y/N," Yunho said in a serious tone. You looked at him, showing that you're listening. "Have you found a boyfriend or are you still single?"

A slight blush crept up to your cheeks out of embarrassment. "Yunho, seriously?" You looked over to Jongho who was trying his best to hide a laugh which made you feel even more embarrassed. "I'm happily single."

"Oh really? Or is it just that you're too much of an introvert to speak to people? Specifically boys?" It was as if Yunho was staring into your soul while saying this.

"Yunho shut up."
"Nope, get a boyfriend already."
"Get a girlfriend already," Jongho spoke up. You mentally thanked him for saving your butt with that answer.

The next day you tried your best to avoid Yunho's gaze but the more you avoided it, the more Yunho annoyed you. "Hey Y/N, listen. I'm not gonna be home today, nor am I going to pick up anyone's calls. I have a little errand to run so if you want something, ask Jongho," Yunho patted your head and left.
