The large brown door opened, revealing the gorgeous platinum blonde. A big wide smile on her face "YAY YOU'RE HERE!!!"

Hinata was engulfed in a warm soul healing hug from her best friend Ino. Hinata's arms wrapped around her friends back and they swayed together while walking backwards into Ino's apartment. Today was the first day in a month and half that Hinata had free time. Unfortunately their other two girls were busy, but they all promised to do a sleep over soon.

The bluenette could feel the love through the embrace and it brought tears in her eyes. When Ino pulled back she heard Hinata sniffle, "Hey what's wrong?". Hinata wiped the tears away and shook her head feeling embarrassed "I just really missed you."

Ino hugged her again and shed some tears as well. "Hina you know you never have to be embarrassed. We all know you're the secretly mushy one." They broke away and Hinata let out a laugh. In that moment, Ino realized it really had been such a long time since she's heard Hinata laugh or even seen her smile. She had Hinata put down her bag and they settled on the couch. Hinata's smile grew as she saw Ino already had the essentials out.

Two yoga mats
A bottle of their favorite white wine
A box of tissues
And an assortment of chocolates.

"I think you should start selling wellness baskets."

Ino laughed, handing Hinata throw blanket and the girls instantly started catching up.

From what the girls heard from Hanabi, their favorite shy little sweet heart of a best friend developed a serious poker face. Hinata built herself a wall, it was thick and not one crack would be made. Hinata didn't want to talk about how she was feeling, what she was doing to cope, and more importantly

She didn't want to discuss the handsome blonde she fell in love with over the summer.

But if there was one person Hinata could let her guard down with, and bare to hear the hard truth from, it was Ino.

The rift between the sisters has caused Hanabi much distress, and Ino told the younger Hyuga she would try to help her in any way she can.

Their father has cancer, and although they lied to Hinata, this is worst time for the family to be divided. The bluenette started off slow, revealing what she'd been dying to scream ever since she's got back.

"I'm so tired Ino. Like mentally, emotionally, physically exhausted. I'm trying so hard not to crack but it's getting to be too much."

She handed her a tissue, and then opened up the bottle of wine pouring both of them a glass. "I'm sorry I've been ghost with you girls. You four are the only ones I've been dying to talk to but it's just-"

Ino placed her hand on her besties knee, "Hina it's okay. We understand. You're life changed over night and true friends wouldn't be mad at you for having to take care of your family."

The tears steadily flowed, she dabbed a tissue under her pretty eyes. "Thank you Ino.... I just feel so guilty about everything. I was having the time of my life while my father and Hanabi were suffering. And they couldn't even tell me!"
