DIONYSUS
Dionysus had no idea in the world what had happened. One second he had been drinking and mingling with pretty goddesses, the next there had been a huge explosion. Well he had been mostly the reason for it. He had been mingling with many goddesses until this terribly drunk bard stumbled over. He had also been a little tipsy he had to admit but he knew how to act when drunk, unlike this damned bard. The bard's name was Lambreas, one of his bard 'friends'. Dionysus turned to look at him when Lambreas tapped his shoulder. "What is it?" asked Dionysus, gesturing to the goddesses behind him; "I have company." Lambreas looked over Dionysus' shoulder before chuckling. "Of course you have company with women goddesses, or shall I say whores." Dionysus narrowed his eyes, clenching his fists. Don't punch him, don't punch him Dionysus told himself he had to keep his cool. If the damned bard wanted to start a fight he would then have full ability to beat his ass.
Dionysus snapped out of his thoughts when Lembreas laughed again. "Ha! Seems I have snipped an answer from you Dionysus. I wonder why. Maybe... no you can't feel sympathy for these whores Dionysus?" Dionysus shook his head. He was done sitting in silence. He wasn't going to let a blasted bard walk over him and these goddesses. "Yes Lambreas if you must know I do feel sympathy for these goddesses. I feel bad that they have to put up with bastards like you." Dionysus said, pointing his finger into Lambreas' chest. "Why you little-" Lambreas started before he threw a punch at Dionysus. Dionysus smirked before saying; "Bad mistake to fight me dear bastard." Lambreas grunted before throwing another punch at Dionysus, who dodged it before punching Lambreas in the jaw. Lambreas backed away slightly from the force of the punch. "I'm not a bastard!" yelled Lambreas, causing even more comotion than when he attempted to punch Dionysus.
Lambreas charged forward at Dionysus before an explosion of fire stopped him. Dionysus turned in surprise and saw Hephaestus glowering at Dionysus and Lambreas. "Stop gods this is absolutely mortifying don't you see? This is a reunion of the gods and what are you doing? Fighting!" Hephaestus growled, power in his voice. Dionysus looked down before pointing at Lambreas; "He started it! He came at me telling me that the goddesses I had been mingling with were whores. So I think it was only fair to give him a taste of his own medicine!" Lambreas opened his mouth to retort before Zues' voice stopped him. "Who started it? That person shall be punished. Hermes do you know?" Everyone at the party looked at Hermes. Hermes at Dionysus before saying "Lambreas sir I saw him throw the first punch." Zeus nodded. "Lambreas come with me to discuss punishment and Dionysus you shall go." Lambreas got up and walked over to Zeus. Zeus nodded at Lambreas before declaring the party to go on.
After everything and everyone went back to normal Chaos rushed over with the goddess he had liked. Dionysus slapped Chaos' shoulder grinning broadly. "Hello Chaos! What did you think of my fighting skills? They're pretty good eh?" Chaos sighed and rolled his eyes. Wow. Way to be such a negative nancy. "You only hit him once, how am I supposed to know?" Dionysus laughed trying to lighten the mood. "I'm sure I'll have more chances to show you my skills Chaos." Chaos narrowed his eyes, clearly in thought. He however didn't respond to the spontaneous answer Dionysus had given him on his quip.
Dionysus looked over Chaos' shoulder and saw the girl he had been pining over since the beginning of this ceremony. Dionysus grinned, reaching out his hand. "Dionysus. Don't believe we have met. Sadly." Armida shook his hand firmly, smiling warmly. It was oddly very mechanical as if she had been taught this countless times. "Armida is my name, delighted to meet you..Dionysus." Chaos smiled at Armida and walked over to the food. "What are you doing?' Armida asked. Chaos smiled before replying; "Well I went to this ceremony, I might as well spend time at it." Armida smiled before nodding. "You know what, I think you're right."
Armida picked up a cookie from one of the stands and popped it into her mouth. Dionysus walked over to the two and grabbed a glass of wine. His favorite. Though he is very sure he could make better wine than this. "You know what, I'll join you two."
