ARMIDA
Armida went to bed that night drunk. The first time she had ever been. It was also the first eventful night she'd had ever. She met a boy she had felt actual feelings for and she was going to help him get his dead mom back. It was really weird she had to say but, hey at least she gets to go on a much needed adventure. Tomorrow she had to go with Chaos and his friend Dionysus to ask Zeus to take a journey to Thanatos. The god of death. The only god Chaos claimed could bring his mother back. Armida was afraid, but she's sure it's just the start of an adrenaline rush.
She woke up to someone tapping noisily on her window. She knew immediately who it had been from the striking purple curls on the top of his head. Dionysus. She had rushed to her window and opened it. "Hey Armida, ready for the first part of our adventure?" Armida rolled her eyes before nodding. "Born ready." Dionysus grinned before glancing down at her outfit. "I presume you're not going in that are you?" Armida looked down and laughed seeing as she was still in her sleeping gown. She ran off to her bathroom and got dressed.
When she came back to the window Dionysus was no longer there. She shrugged before climbing out of the window. She knew she had to escape through it anyway as her mother would have her if she caught her. She looked around to find Dionysus wasn't there either. She walked around the house to find Dionysus had been waiting by the door for her. "What the gods are you doing at the front door, are you trying to get caught?" Dionysus put his hands up in mock surrender. "Hey, don't hate me for not knowing." Armida rolled her eyes, holding back a laugh. What a goof this Dionysus was.
"Where's Chaos?" Armida asked, as her and Dionysus walked away from her house. Never to see her wretched mother again. Well, maybe never again. "Oh, your boyfriends visiting Zeus at the moment we need to wait for him. Then we can get supplies and everything else we need." Armida nodded before noticing what Dionysus had said. "Hey, he's not my boyfriend! Yet anyway. He's very shy." Dionysus grinned, scoffing. "Figures, he was entranced when he first saw you." Armida smiled, feeling her heart race slightly. He had liked her. "Wow really." Dionysus smiled before replying with "Really."
They had waited on the stone steps for Chaos. It wasn't the most boring thing ever. In fact it was quite fun. Dionysus had a great sense of humor, it had stuck with him even when he wasn't drunk. They had still been conversing when Chaos walked out of the building with a smile on his face. It was quite a brilliant smile Armida thought. It lighted his face up and brought a new look to Chaos Armida hadn't yet discovered. She really likes it.
She got up and went up to Chaos. "Any good news?" Armida asked, holding Chaos' shoulders. Chaos nodded grinning wide. "Yeah, we can save my mom." Armida grinned, hugging Chaos tightly. "That's great Chaos! I'm happy for you." Dionysus cleared his throat. "Guys, I know this is a really big moment and all but we really need to get our things." Armida let go of Chaos nodding. "Yeah we do." Armida grabbed Chaos' hand and Dionysus' and walked out into the street. "To our houses we go!" Chaos laughed and Dionysus whooped loudly. They got many crazed looks from bystanders. Armida didn't care she was with her friends. She was free.
