                                                                                   ARMIDA

After the trip to the tavern they had to find camp. Dionysus had been drinking all night and he was the one who knew a suitable place to sleep. Once they had asked him where they were going to sleep Dionysus responded with "I hope with Rosetta." Chaos had looked like he was on the verge of punching Dionysus. Armida didn't blame him, Dionysus was their guide and it seemed he was too irresponsible. Even though Dionysus was older than the two he was the most immature.

After Dionysus had responded Chaos and Armida had decided to stop in a random forest. They had supplies that could be useful to make beds. "I can't believe we have to sleep outdoors." Armida sighed after Chaos had said that. "I know. If there's such an outrageous amount of taverns surely some have a place to sleep." Armida raised an eyebrow when Chaos cringed. It had only been a thought but maybe it wasn't the most satisfactory for Chaos. "Ugh, taverns sometimes have rooms but they either cost lots of money or have roaches and bed bugs." Chaos shuddered after he said the word 'roaches'. Armida doesn't exactly know what roaches are so she asked. "Chaos...what's roaches? Is that a weird question? We don't exactly have them on Mount Olympus." Chaos smiles at Armida, a smile that she knew had been genuine and she loved it. Chaos had such a nice smile he might not think it but she sure did. His hair was so messy too...she wanted to make it more messy.

"Well roaches are a bug. Growing up my mother had brung books back from Greece marketplaces and I would always read books on science and normal literature too. Roaches are absolutely disgusting though. They are red and have hard backs and crawl fast...I don't think I can go on without shuddering at the thought of them." Armida smiled at the answer. She liked how Chaos didn't seem to care that she didn't know as many things as him or Dionysus about humans and human things. He seemed to love explaining things to her. She also smiled at the recollection of his mother. She's glad he can finally speak of her without tearing up. She knew grieving took a while and Chaos could take as long as he wanted but she wanted to know more about him and it seemed as if his mother was a big part of him and his life. Armida wanted to know more about the woman that Chaos had loved the most. She decided not to ask him about his mother because what if he hadn't been as ready as she thought. She never wanted to hurt him.

"Hey Chaos, what type of things did you learn from these science books?" Chaos seemed to like the question which means Armida will probably like the answer. "I learned about animals and my favorite of them all, the stars." Armida saw how happy he had looked when he said he liked the stars. Everyone knows that some gods and goddesses live in the sky. "Hey, why don't you show me what you know about the stars?" Armida's heart was about to jump out of her chest when she saw Chaos smile. It was the widest smile he had ever smiled. She was glad she was the reason why. "Sure I can show you." Chaos grabbed her arm and they both ran out to an empty field. Chaos had shown her stars and constellations he had known. He showed her Cassipeia, Orion and Cygnus. He had explained the origins of each one and Armida had just listened along. Chaos was in his element right now and she would let him be. He had looked and seemed so excited and happy to tell her about this.

Once he was done he looked back at her. Armida had no clue what came over her but she grabbed his face and kissed him. He just looked really kissable and he seemed to want the kiss because he hadn't pulled away. Once she pulled away Chaos smiled at her. "Thank you for making everything...bearable. I wouldn't be able to do it without you." Armida had blushed, what if he had just been saying this to flatter her? "Let's go back to camp. Dionysus could be dead right now for all we know." Chaos laughed before nodding his head. "Yeah you're right we should start going to bed. Only Apollo knows what'll happen tomorrow."
