Chapter 7

It has been seven years since loak had arrived here and made his new life here with the clan that taken him in when, he had been disowned and banished from his family and clan. Loak was now 22 years old and his life had changed major over those seven years he was no longer, that teenage boy who was trying to find his way in the world.

Loak " ........"

???? " dad" Lo'ak ears had went up when he heard the voice of child calling dad it was a girl voice, before loak could so anything someone came dashing into the home.

Lo'ak " there are you kiddo" Lo'ak was looking up at his daughter who was ten years old her name was Iva he had found here when he seventeen teen, and she was small toddler. Iva had become his daughter a few years ago after she and him had formed family bond, she was like him she had five fingers and eyebrows. No one knew where the child had come from as she was found watched up on shore in basket, the clan had become worried for the child. The girl was also born with white hair and white strips on her body that made her very rare, and when looking at her she looked like the young female version of loak. It was also the color of her hair it was not the normal color black hair it was white hair, and it had made her even more rare among her clan. There were rumors going around that Iva was loak child by blood and DNA had been given to him by the help of Eywa herself.

Iva " I'm home I got done with my lesson with aunt awuma" Lo'ak didn't care on how he got his daughter to him Iva will always be his daughter and   apart of his family.

Loak " oh did you what did you do today"

Iva " I learned how to patch up deeper cuts today and now to make liquids that will help with healing and keep fevers down"

lo'ak " oh did you that amazing"

Iva " what about you dad how was your dad" via had removed her outside wearing clothing and handed them up properly, as the girl soon sat down by the warm fire.

Lo'ak " well me and your uncles went out hunting today we brought back a good hunt, there some meat hanging over there we can have that for dinner"

Iva " cool"

Lo'ak " what the matter sweetie I can tell your are upset about something tell me what bothering you"

Iva " dad are we outcast to everyone else" Lo'ak had stopped what he was doing and soon looked at his daughter he knew his daughter had many question about herself, she remind him of so much of kiri but seemed to be different then her.

Lo'ak " sweetie you are not an outcast you have never been a outcast to the people here and the clan near by, you are one of the people I held you when you were given you name and when you made your first connection with eywa" Lo'ak had pulled his daughter close to him for a comforting hug and support.

Iva " okay dad .... Umm dad do you ever think about them" Lo'ak had told his daughter about his family when she seven and started asking questions about them, as it seemed like she was able to see moment from Lo'ak past. It was a hard conversation to have with his daughter as he was bring up his past and sharing it with his daughter.

Lo'ak " sometimes I do think about them and worry about them"

Iva " don't worry dad I will make sure they wont hurt you I will keep you safe" Lo'ak laughed at his daughter comment even due it was the two od them as family, they always made sure to be there for each other. They also had other who help make up their families and had made their family happy and wholesome as well.

Lo'ak " don't fear little one it will be okay I will make sure of that as it my duty to keep our family and clan safe, as a father and warrior of the people"
