"HOLY SHIT I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO BE A WILD NIGHT BUT I WASN'T REALLY EXPECTING THIS." AZ EXCLAIMS AS SHE puts her hands into both her pockets, shuffling back and forth. Bree gives her a look while Alice glares at her, obviously not pleased.
AZ ignores both of them as they watch a group of students cliff diving. It was their first night, all three of them were attending a brand new school called the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) the campus wasn't small or large but it had a perfect amount of students attending. It was mainly filled with the best of the best. All three of the girls had fortunately been able to make the cut. AZ looks back at her cousin. Bree is absently thinking on her own silently. She sighs and stands next to Alice.
"Lucky he didn't break his damn legs." Alice mutters next to them, a soft twang in her voice. They watch as a first year boy head on dives at ledge of the cliff, an echo of a shout is heard shortly after.
It had been three months since Faye Matthews, Brees mother and AZs aunts death. The girls had taken it hard, they were trying to get over the struggles of grief one at a time. AZ seemed to have been handling it better, however Bree was still coming to terms with it. AZs heart lurched for her cousin.
