____lunch time___
Aether pov

UGHH finallyyyyy the last morning class of hell finally passed and it's lunch time, my favorite. All the students were going places too, where they'll eat their lunch. Except 3 of my classmates; albedo, xiao, and sucrose.

Albedo and sucrose were sat in the middle so they ate together, while xiao and me are seatmates

Xiao reached for his lunch in his bag, revealing a topperware with almond tofu inside, what a weird lunch.

Naturally I also reached for mine but was confused since my lunch wasn't there. Lumine's class won't end in another 30minutes and I can't just barge in her class asking for my lunch since math is her last subject, and I hate the math teacher more than anythinggg

I sighed in defeat and laid my head on my desk as my stomach grumbles. "Ughhhhhhh I hate lunch nowww" I whine to my self

I think xiao heard me since he mumbled something, I raised my head to look at him "what?"

"it's lunchtime....why aren't you eating?" He asked me as he puts a spoonful of almond tofu in his mouth

You see me and xiao grew close, ever since we started playing together, hell we even started chatting and stuff.

"I think my sister has my lunch...." I said sighing

"Don't you have any money? to buy lunch in the cafeteria..." He said and ate another spoonful of almond tofu

"None, I don't bring my wallet to school since I don't spend" I said staring at him eat as my stomach make sounds again making me embarrassed

"Well that's stupid and careless of you." He said and was about to eat another spoonful of almond tofu when suddenly my stomach grumbled

he had a faint blush as he looks away, then back at making eye contact with me again with a flustered expression but way softer. He coughed and cleared his voice

"If you....want... we can share" he said hesitantly

I was about to agree when suddenly I heard someone scream then apologize repeatedly, and that someone was sucrose. I look at what happened and it seemed like sucrose accidentally knocked over albedo's orange juice and albedo couldn't react fast enough cause his slacks were wet.

"Oh my god, I'm so so so sorry mister albedo, I'm so sorry I didn't mean to I'm sorry I-" sucrose said apologizing to albedo with her head down

"No no, its fine.." albedo smiled and got off his seat and started cleaning the table. After that, They exited the room, albedo kept saying "it's fine really" while sucrose kept her head down as she apologizes while they both disappear from my line of sight

"Aether?" I heard xiao call my name

"Oh right sorry" I said and turned to look at him again

"I said do you want to share my almond tofu?." He said sternly while glaring at me. Is he mad about me not listening to what he said earlier?....

"Oh right, I appreciate the offer but I'll decline." I said politely

"Ok-" his words were cutted off by my stomach grumbling

"Just accept my offer." He said taking a spoonful of almond tofu and shoving it in my mouth

I frowned when he suddenly shove a spoonful of almond tofu in my mouth

"you didn't have to fucking do that..." I said frowning but still swallowed the almond tofu in my mouth, causing me to have a faint blush cause it was delicious

"Shut up and swallow" he said taking another spoonful of almond tofu in his mouth using the same spoon he used to shove almond tofu in my mouth. Somehow the moment that the almond was in his mouth, I felt this weird gush of butterflies going crazy in my stomach. What the fuck?

I'm very familiar about this feeling, after all I am well loved. The only this that freaks me out is that I'm experiencing this so called "love" with a male, and I know for a fact that I'm straight....or am i?

No no no I'm sure of it. I'm straight.

Xiao devoured half the almond tofu before shoving the rest in my face, signalling that he's not feeding me anymore and that I should eat the other half of his almond tofu myself.

I softly chuckled and smiled at him warmly "thanks" there it is again, my heart skipping a beat and feeling this damn love with him. Fucking shit I'm straight this is wrong, I know I know this is just my brain playing with me.

Surely I don't like him that way.. right?

Xiao nodded in response and watched me devour the rest of his almond tofu

After I put down the empty container, my gaze stayed at xiao "don't you usually eat lunch with hu tao?"

"That was a one time thing."he replied  after wiping his mouth from drinking

"Ah, I see" I smiled "then, do you wanna make this a regular thing? Yk eating lunch together and stuff..." He raised a brow when he heard me say that

"No." He replied Sternly

"Awww....why not?" I asked tilting my head

I noticed his breathing pattern drastically changed from normal to fast and his breath became hot, even his eyes were in a state of panic

He's an open book, that's for sure.

"C-cause I said so." He replied stuttering with his first word then quickly turned his head away

"Come on...please~~" I pleaded leaning closer to his ear

"pretty please?~" I whispered pleadingly in his ear and sure enough it worked.

"F-fine" he replied then pushed me away and covered his face

Cute...

Wait what? why did I think he's cute?hell no he's a man not a woman...I shouldn't get this thoughts. Fuck.
