This is the second book of Rwby WE ARE VENOM so please read that one first before this one.

Days past with me and the others developing our skill while Oscar learns to fight I even help him learn to use his aura which he was quickly improving as I knew he would.
"Remember Oscar always be ready for anything or you'll end up dead" I tell him as we have a practice fight and I can see he is improving but he still has much to learn as I will teach him. I have him run at me with Ozpin's cane and the moment he takes a swing I duck under and sweep his feet causing him to fall backwards before I jump up and pin him to the ground before pulling back for a punch which made Oscar close his eyes but I stop an inch away from his face. "Now if had been your enemy this would have been the end for you" I told him before letting Oscar get up and we finish training for the day as I go to meet up with the others but I soon feel a strong tingle with my danger sense as I look to the horizon as darkness closes in on Atlas.
"Venom I think we should suit up" I say as Venom agrees and he covers me. We swing of towards the darkness after informing the other of what is going on but the moment we got close enough what we saw was a full army of Grimm marching towards Atlas.
"This isn't good we ain't facing a few Grimm this is a full army" I told Venom as we watched the endless number of Grimm before our danger sense goes off and we are sent flying into the pack of Grimm who make a circle around us as Carnage jumps in with Salem behind us. "What did I tell Salem I knew they would come if we got close enough" Rex said as Salem walks over to him and soon looked at me as I see the Grimm remain around us blocking our escape. "I think we are in trouble" Venom tells me as I stood up and keep my eyes focused on Salem and Rex.
"It would seem your just like Rex but your clearly weaker but you don't have to be join me in creating a better world" Salem says but I refuse her offer and she didn't like it but she already knew I would she just wanted to give me another chance. "It seems I need to give you a better offer so how about this give me the relics and I will not destroy your friends" Salem told me but that was a mistake as now she had pissed us off.
I shot web into her face and pull her into a punch which I power up to send her flying through her army but when my danger sense goes off I quickly counter the attack which came from Rex. "You know brother that was a big mistake as I'm sure you know she can't die" Rex says before Carnage covers his face but I just grab him by the throat and slam him into the ground as the Grimm soon swam us but Venom makes quick work of any that got close.
"Your so easy to read now you'll die" Carnage said as he grabs our arm and twists it causing a loud cracking sound but Venom heals me but this gave Carange the chance to get up and move to attack as he tackles us into a rock and begins punching us before grabbing a dust crystals. "Here let me show you a little trick with my semblance" Carnage says as he stabs himself with the dust crystals and smiles as I see Rex's semblance still working but some how it also seems different before I she him open his mouth and blast me through the rock with a burst of fire which made my body smoke as Venom was slightly burned away. "Not bad huh I can now hit you with charged up dust power but it does have one down side is that the power I gain is used up instantly but not that it matters just one more hit and you'll be dust in the wind" Carnage said as I lift myself off the ground while look at him but also keeping an eye on all the Grimm that surround us.
"Venom are you able to still fight?" I asked hoping to make sure he was ok after that attack. "I can but we can't take another hit like that or we are done for" Venom told me before covering me again as me and Carnage circle round each other waiting to see who will make the next move.
Carnage rushed at me but I counter with an elbow to the head before getting him in a headlock and grip tightly. "You really I'll die that easy" Carnage says as he tries to break free but I keep holding on as tight as possible but I knew I had to finish this here and now but I really hate this part. "Venom go for the head" I tell him and I could feel a sense of joy riding up my spine as I let Venom take over.
"Watch out Carnage it's dinner time" Venom says as he spins Carnage around and bite his head off after which he spits it out as Carnage's body falls to the ground as the symbiote melts away. We quickly escape the area as Salem returns and sees me escaping but all she does is walk back to the huge Grimm which was no doubt her transport but at least I managed to deal with Carnage.
Back At Atlas
Team RWBY, JNR and Oscar were all worried about you since you had not returned before you came crashing through the window looking exhausted as Venom returns to inside your body. "F/n are you ok?" Ruby asked as I gave her smile with a thumbs telling her I was fine but I knew they needed to know about Salem and the fact she was closing in on Atlas but I soon tell them that I dealt with Carnage.
With Salem
"My queen we have managed to recover the Carnage symbiote the host no longer lives" Arthur says as they bring in the symbiote and see it is still alive. "The host means nothing for it can always be replaced as long as we have this then we still hold all the power but maybe a stronger host will prove more useful" Salem say as she walks over and sees the symbiote seem to reach out to her and this makes her happy as she bonds with the symbiote becoming even stronger.
