Rusted Knight And Evolution

After getting a little rest I got up from the ground but I still feel the effects from before but I hide it as I gather the girls and follow the cat in hopes of finding a way to return them to normal.

"So how far will we need to go?" I asked as the girls sat on my shoulders so I avoid making any rough movements as I follow the cat. "Not far the garden will have all we need to restore your friends but tell me what is your world like?" the cat asked which was not surprising as in the story he is known as the curious cat so I tell him about Remnant. "So this Salem is a danger to your world" the cat said as I nod and explain more about Salem before we reach the end of the forest.

"Here we are this is the garden" the cat tells us as we get a boat and begin crossing the lake that surrounds it but I had to admit it was beautiful. "Once we get in there we'll find you a cure to make you all normal size again" I tell the girls as we arrive and we all exit the boat before starting to look around the cat goes off to collect the ingredients we need while I wait for him.

"F/n are you sure your ok you've been sweating all the way here?" Blake asked as I smile and look at her as I held them in my hands. "I'm fine just a little warm but lets focus on getting you all back to normal" I tell them as I could tell they were worried but for now I'll focus on the task ahead before hearing a loud screech as the cat came running towards us as a strange creature climbs up. "I have the ingredients lets go" the cat said before we start running but the creature seems much quicker so I stop and place the girls on the table next to me before telling the cat to make the cure while I hold it off much to disapproval of the girls.

I rushed at the creature grabbing it and throw it into a wall but it did nothing to it as it swings it's claw like fingers at me forcing me to jump back a little before getting stabbed in the shoulder by it's tail which it then used to fling me into a wall. "This thing is tough but so am I" I said as I boost my power with my semblance since Venom was not responding before rushing the creature only this time I punched it back but I don't stop there as I grab it's tail and rip it off causing the creature to scream in pain.

"Time to fly" I say before tossing it into the air and deliver a punch to it's back but I was soon surprised when it vanished into pink glass which I remember was the effect of Neo's semblance before multiple screechs were heard and more of the same creature begin to arrive. "F/N WE NEED TO LEAVE" Ruby shouts as I look and see they had returned to normal size so I got running with them before a man in rusted armour arrived showing us the way out through a secret passage.

"Got to say took you all long enough to get here" the rusted knight said before removing his helmet only to reveal it was a much older Jaune which for some reason didn't surprise me since this place doesn't follow any normal rules. After getting out into a meadow Jaune told us about how things happened for him but the moment we brought up the cat the mood shifted as Jaune seems to hate the cat before we tell him about the tree and this also seems to trigger him as the cat appears and everything became clear. "If you all go to the tree you will die" Jaune said as he explains it death and how Alex went home but Lewis her brother didn't and I was angry but I also feel something wasn't right about all this like Jaune didn't have the full picture but this soon made the cat leave and now we had more questions than answers.

Time Skip

After arriving at the Helpers village Jaune told us about how he has been protecting it all this time but I could tell something was off but for now I kept quiet to get all the facts before making my own conclusion as Jaune takes us to his hut where he reveals team RWBY's weapons but I asked them if I could borrow them for a moment which they agree to as I take the weapons into the back room. "He seems different" Jaune said as all of team RWBY had noticed my change in attitude but choose to wait until I am ready to talk but after a couple hours I walk out and hand the girls their weapons with some improvements of my own.

Ruby's Improved Gear

"Ruby I have made Cresent Rose much stronger not just that but now you can use your aura to make powerful attack without the need for dust not just that but it also allows you to increase the range of your attacks" I tell her as Ruby was fangirling over the improvements I made to her weapon as I move on to Weiss.

Weiss's Improved Gear

"Weiss just like Ruby your weapon is powered by your aura no dust I also added a little thickness to make it stronger and more durable plus a little armour for defense" I tell her as Weiss was impressed by her new weapon before I move on to Blake.

Blake's Improved Gear

"Ok Blake your improved weapons allow you to create clones without dust but they also grant you greater speed, stealth and power" I tell her as Blake smiled at the feeling she has from her new weapons before finally I move on to Yang.

Yang's Improved Gear

"Ok Yang for you I made these gauntlets and boots they allow you to transmit your power into your hands and feet granting you much higher speed and more powerful attack which I believe will make a very big Yang" I say as Yang laughs at my terrible pun but the others just sigh but also find it funny as we laugh with each other like the good old days.
