The Lost

After reuniting with Jaune we all soon begin discussing our options but I felt like something was not right about some of Jaune's information but the only real was for us to get home was to take a chance which always leads to heated arguments.

"I already told you The Tree is death" Jaune said in anger but I was also angry because we needed to take a chance if we wanted to get home. "And I understand your reason Jaune but right now we need to take the chance in order to get home or have you forgotten the people waiting for us" I tell him as we both continue to argue over the issue at hand. "Jaune I'm with F/n on this one we need to take the chance that The Tree will send us home" Ruby said trying to calm the tension between me and Jaune.

"And what if it leads us to death then all the lives we have saved and all the people we have yet to save will be for nothing which is why I say we take our time and think things through" Jaune told her as we could understand his reason but everyone agrees with me and soon we all start making our way to The Tree. As we were walking I soon noticed everyone was gone as bright light leads me to the end of the forest before seeing what looked like an altar with a crystal but no way across.

"What is this?" I asked myself before a stone appears making a path as I begin walking towards the altar as the path forms with every step before reaching the altar where I look at the crystal. As I reach out to grab it I soon noticed the ground vanish beneath my feet causing me fall into the dark abyss as a voice calls out to me. "Wake up F/n" the voice said as I soon open my eyes and found myself back with the others who told me that I just suddenly froze up and seem to be in a daze but to me it seemed like a message but I wasn't sure what it means.

*Venom are you able to hear me* I thought hoping to get some sign he was still here and soon I was answered. "You miss me" Venom says as I smile knowing that our bond was still strong as we were finally able reconnect.

*Venom what happened to you I could feel your presense but couldn't reach you* I thought as Venom told me he was stuck in some kind of haze but just like me he could sense me but not hear me. "We must get home as I have a feeling that Remnant is in need of our help" Venom told me as I also had the same feeling as we all reach a small ruined house. After entering I noticed Neo was sitting a chair near the back motionless before I approach but she grabs my hand and smiles but her voice was different and familiar as I see the cats smile on her face.

"It seems we meet again is this one a friend of yours" Neo/Cat said as I looked at her and couldn't believe the cat had possessed Neo before throwing me away. "How is this possible?" I asked as the others rush over to check on me as Neo/Cat only laughs as it seems to find something amusing.

"A little mind altering and you have a walking meat suit free for the taking but now I must bid you farewell" Neo/Cat says as they vanish in pink and blue glass particles and based on the direction it seems they are heading for The Tree. "We need to get to The Tree because I think that Cat is up to something" I say before looking at The Tree but I soon had a thought that I knew the others wouldn't like. "Everyone listen I know your not going to like this but I think we need to set Neo free of that Cat" I told them and while they didn't like it they also agree it was only right as not even Neo deserves to be a slave in her own body as we all start trying to find our way to The Tree as we reach The Tree I look up and begin to climb.

"Ok everyone make sure to watch where you place your hands and feet" I tell them as we all start climbing but we never seem to get any closer but we carry on and soon I hear a voice. "Let go and you will be where you need to be" the voice said as I looked out into the distance and soon decide to take it's advice as I instruct the others to do the same before letting go and begin to fall followed by the others and instead of falling to our death we all soon found ourselves standing before this huge door with the Cat trying to break through and failing.

"Seems Neo can't help you" I say as the Cat looks at us and soon looks annoyed before telling us that Neo has no more attachment to our world before going on the attack in the hopes of stealing one of our bodies. "I think a new body will suit my needs but which one maybe you" Neo/Cat says as we all start fighting but our skills our quickly shown to be less than this Cat but I grab his arm and slam him into the ground as Jaune came up with an idea to get the Cat out. "BURN THE LEAVES" Jaune shouts as I get the idea and do as he says and after burning the leaves a smoke was made which seems to effect Neo causing her personality to rise up and for the Cat out but it soon jumps at me hoping to take over my body however a friend of mine soon makes him stop.

"Your not welcome in this body" Venom tell the Cat as he managed to cover me as the Cat's eyes become full of fear before Venom smiled. "As much as I would to bite of your head the pleasure of your death belongs to someone else" Venom says before tossing the Cat into the arms of a Jabberwalker which Neo had created and soon devour the Cat before I walk over to her and look her in the eyes.

"Neo come back with us and I'll help you find a place where you belong" I tell her as I offer out my hand in friendship as the others watch on but Neo smiled before closing my hand and steps towards the edge before jumping off showing her choice which I could only smile at. "It seems she wishes to find herself and to be honest I think it's best she does" I tell the others before we walk through the door and into this void with what looked like a blacksmithing set up before a woman turns Jaune back to normal before sending us home.
