"Sigh... it's gonna be a loooong day tomorrow Y/n."

"Oh quiet, don't remind me."

"If that's what you want, goodnight." MXES waved at me.

I just turned around from him and closed my eyes.

"Wakey wakey..."

A familiar voice woke me up from my sleep. Great. I was sleeping just fine!

"Get up, it's 6:46."

"Okay... mm.." I shifted over, pulling the blankets over me.

"Five more minutes and you're up." MXES facepalmed, standing above me.

Even for five minutes, somehow it went by quickly. For what felt about 10 seconds, I already had MXES screaming in my ear to wake me up.

"I don't want to get up!"

"Well! You have to!" He tore the covers off of me, making my body jump from the touch of cold air.

"HEY!"

"I'm not going to sit around and wait any longer!"

I sat up, rubbing my eyes.

"Ugh... well where's Eclipse?"

"I'm not certain, but you can look for him." MXES smiled, pointing towards the exit.

"Leave all the hard work for me, I guess." I folded up the blanket and sat it neatly on the floor.

"I can't do everything you know~." He whistled.

"Yeah yeah whatever," I tried my best to tidy up my hair. "Let's go find him."

I walked to the exit of Eclipse's room and there was no escape. We were on a very tall balcony with no way of getting down. And if I tried, I'd probably fall to my death.

"Uhm... there's no way I'm doing this."

MXES looked down.

"You have the mask on, I'm very sure there's a way." He looked over at me, his smile cooled.

"Right." I looked around to see if anything was there.

There it was, in this unusual world inside this mask, was a rope-like cord hanging off the wall. I held onto it and took a deep breath. Hopefully I don't lose a grip and fall to my death.
I slowly slid down the rope, looking down to see where I was.
After a heart-pounding 2 minutes, I was finally back on my feet.

"That was quite entertaining~." MXES appeared out of nowhere, scaring me.

"Stop popping out in front of me!"

"Never going to stop..." MXES smiled widely, his eyes targeted on me.

I turn around and looked, trying to find Eclipse in a scene of 'Where's Waldo?'.

"Eclipse?" I walk around the daycare.

"Eclipseeee?"

He wasn't here.

"Are you ther-?"

"FRIEND! Ohh! I've missed you!" Eclipse fell from the sky and raised his arms out for a hug.

I couldn't help but give in. It was just so adorable.

"I've missed y... huh?"

Eclipse suddenly started to glitch out, his eyes looked... different. The color was red and glowing with a strong pierce. The way he stood was slightly... off. It was like looking at something that wasn't itself.

"Don't worry... it will only h-huRt... for the moment!" 

"What...?" I begin to back away from... him.

He only creeped closer to me, his head spinning.

"You're not... Eclipse... what... what are you?"

I backed away as he was just a few feet away now.

"I-I-I ... f-friend! Come clos-ser-r-r!"

"No... I don't think I will..!" I backed up against a crate.

"Just my luck..." I mumbled.

Wait, maybe I could...
I grabbed a ball pit ball and threw it at Eclipse. We just stood there in silence as he just looked at me. Nothing happened.

"Uhm, catch?" I gave him an awkward smile, holding another ball.

He just stared at me.

"Or not...?" I slowly stepped over to the side, trying to walk away.

"I gots to go..."

I full-on sprinted towards the play area, getting inside. I didn't stop nor look behind me as I knew he was there. He was quick and I didn't have much time.
I crawled quickly and had no idea of where I was going. It was a maze inside of this place. How did the kids get out of here?

"YOU CAN'T H-I-I-I-IDE!"

It's voice was not the same anymore. It sounded more blander and robotic. Eclipse... where are you when I need you?

Wait.

A brilliant idea came into mind. If I can make it to the very top, there's a chance I could be saved by the real Eclipse!
I started to find my way up-

"AHA! THERE YOU ARE!" That monster held onto the safety walls, reaching his hand in to try to grab me.

I kicked his hand away, making its hand fall off. It screamed and fell, a hard thud hitting the ground.

"Oh god..."

It had claws. Why... why did it have claws?

I continued crawling, making it up to the top.

"Eclipse! Help! Where are you?!"

I looked around to no signs of him.

"HELLO?!"

I ran around, looking at every spot.

"He isn't here..."

"Just M-mE anD YOU!"

I turned around only to see that it was here.

"What... what are you?"

"I'm EclipSE..."
