I think he would like to be friends with the Weasley twins but not Ron or Ginny or the others

EB:
He would be friends with Luna, she sees him for who he is and doesn't judge him for his house or family issues

TN:
He and Neville would be amazing friends, they would partner for herbology and other classes. I think that's he wouldn't (choose) have many female friends because he flirts with them to pass the time

TR:
I think he's a loner and would only make friends with people who he can manipulate (sorry if you wanted soft Tom)

DM:
He wanted to be friends with Harry but when he couldn't I think he kind of gave up on a healthy friendship because he thinks everyone will reject him

PP:
I think her and Luna would get on but only as class acquaintances

BZ:
He wouldn't befriend Muggles or Blood traitors so probably someone is Ravenclaw like Luna. He liked Ginny and I think that if he wasn't so arrogant and they had a conversation then they would become friends

     ~In my eyes Luna would befriend anyone who was lonely because she doesn't judge people :) she's so sweet~
