⚠Part 6.2: End of an Era

TIGHNARI POV: 

Argh.. my arm... 

I... have to get to Cyno, quick! It's an emergency! Someone hurt me and Collei! 

I had just confirmed the rumours about a mean Inazuman hanging around here...

They're true; but at it's worst state. 

After some running, my legs began to falter. Though it hurts, I pushed through. That was when I saw Cyno. It seemed like he was bored of waiting for me, (sorry!) and also unaware of the current situation. 

"...Cyno!!"

I screamed, as I felt my wounds sting and tears drip down my face. I couldn't hold back my tears, it hurt me so much that Collei got hurt. 

I didn't care that some of the tears got into some of my wounds. It didn't matter that they started to sting more. 

"Who did this to you!?" 

Cyno yelled angrily, while he started to wipe away the tears from my face.

He looked so devastated seeing me like this...
I know he's a tough guy but.. I felt he wanted to cry too.

A bunch of other people came to where we were.

"Tighnari...!"  I heard someone say.

"Hold on, we'll usher you to the clinic–"
Other students said, as I slowly felt myself start to lose focus. 

I started to feel lightheaded, and everything began to look fuzzy. That's when my eyes shut and when I lost consciousness. 

I woke up at the sound of the students who helped me; telling eachother they had to go back to class. I found myself on a clinic bed getting patched up by the nurse. Cyno, who I was surprised to see, sat next to the clinic bed. 

"Nari." He said, with a woeful tone. 

"...Cyno...? I thought... you went to... class... What're you... doing... h-here?" 

...I really wasn't expecting to see him here.
It's really reassuring.  

"Who did this to you, Tighnari?" He asked me sternly. 

"Some.. some kid.. I can't... remember... d-don't know who..." I replied. 

But, I now remember who it was... It was the student in the rumours.... I just couldn't think straight to tell him right away while my body was bearing all the pain. 

"–So the rumours... were they true? Was it the damned Inazuman who crossed paths with you?" He asked, his tone sounding more frustrated. 

"Y-yeah.. he even beat up Collei.."
I finally said, crying even more. I couldn't help but feel my heart shatter when my mind replayed the scene. 

Within a few punches, she... Collei..., was rendered unconscious. 

"There have been... a lot more people coming here lately. They all say it is because of an indigo-haired Inazuman student." The nurse said, while covering me in more gauze. 

–Wait.. really? He harmed others aside from me and Collei?
Sadly... I'm not that surprised. During my unlucky encounter with him, he was such a jerk. 

"They mentioned too that he can't get expelled, all because his adoptive mother is the principal. A few students who came around wounded like your friend here say he hangs around at the school's garden and doesn't go to class. I really can't be sure–" 

"Thank you miss nurse. Now I know which loser to look for. Time to find this son of a–"

―I guess right now is not the best time to be vulgar... I suppose... haha... 

"Cyno... w-wait!" I say with the little strength I have left. 

"I don't think you can take him on.. I.. I tried.. but you... really... can't mess with him! Pl...please just... stay here... I-" 

I feel so bad... I don't want you to leave..
Please... Cyno... you really shouldn't try to-

"Nari, it's fine. I'll see you later, yeah? Rest first." Cyno said, headed towards the door. 

"Yeah... okay... but before you go Cyno.. I.." 

"I..." 

I couldn't finish the sentence... it would've been way too embarrassing... Especially at the nurse's office. 

As I muttered the last word, he left. 

Oh... I guess everything may go downhill from here.

Well... I really hope not though. I'm begging he doesn't try fight that guy.
