Five months later.

After being on the road for five months, Hayley, the two Taylor's, and Zac found themselves back in Nashville for their last three shows of the North American leg of their tour.

Of course, Taylor Swift was opening for them and went through multiple songs before stopping. "How are ya'll doing tonight?" She yelled into the mic.

The fans screamed loudly in excitement as the blonde was walking around the stage.

"So you guys know Hayley and I have been together for a while? Well that all started because of this next song." Taylor glanced off stage to where Hayley was standing. "Baby, can you come out here real quick?" She asked softly, waiting until Hayley was with her. "I want you to sing this next song with me."

Hayley looked slightly puzzled as one of the stage hands gave her a microphone. "Hey, guys." She said into it as she put in her earbuds which had been hanging around her neck, this blocked out the sound of the screaming crowd.

Taylor held her hand out to Hayley and smiled softly. "You should know all the lyrics to this one." She said softly as the band started playing 'Love Story'.

Hayley stared at Taylor, confused. Why was she on stage for this song? Taylor hadn't brought her out on stage at any of the other shows before.

"We were both young when I first saw you. I close my eyes and the flashback starts, I'm standin' there. On a balcony in summer air." Taylor sang out softly, smiling at Hayley. "See the lights, see the party, the ball gowns, See you make your way through the crowd and say, 'Hello'. Little did I know?"

Hayley lifted the microphone to her lips. "That you were Romeo, you were throwin' pebbles, and my daddy said, "Stay away from Juliet", and I was cryin' on the staircase, beggin' you, "Please don't go," and I said." She harmonised with Taylor, her childhood southern accent emerging slightly through the song.

"Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone. I'll be waiting, all there's left to do is run." Taylor sang out, locking eyes with Hayley. "You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess. It's a love story, baby, just say, "Yes". So I sneak out to the garden to see you. We keep quiet, 'cause we're dead if they knew. So close your eyes, escape this town for a little while, oh oh."

"Cause you were Romeo, I was a scarlet letter, and my daddy said, "Stay away from Juliet", but you were everything to me, I was beggin' you, "Please don't go, " and I said..." Hayley sang with a soft smile on her face as she stared at Taylor. She didn't see her bandmates step onto the stage behind her or hear the crowd scream upon seeing them.

Taylor gently spun Hayley around to face her bandmates while still singing. "Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone. I'll be waiting, all there's left to do is run. You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess. It's a love story, baby, just say, "Yes". Romeo, save me, they're tryna tell me how to feel, this love is difficult, but it's real. Don't be afraid, we'll make it out of this mess. It's a love story, baby, just say, "Yes". Oh, oh." She sang out, she was waiting for Hayley to sing the second to last part of the song as one of her dancers ran over and passed her a velvet box.

"I got tired of waiting, wonderin' if you were ever comin' around, My faith in you was fading, when I met you on the outskirts of town, and I said..." Hayley sang softly into her microphone, a confused look still on her face as her eyes landed on her bandmates.

"Romeo, save me, I've been feeling so alone. I keep waiting for you, but you never come. Is this in my head? I don't know what to think." Taylor knelt to the ground and gently tugged on Hayley's hand, waiting until the other singer turned to look at her. "I knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring." She released Hayley's hand and opened the ring box. "And said, 'Marry me, Hayley, you'll never have to be alone. I love you and that's all I really know. I talked to your band, go pick out a white dress. It's a love story, baby, just say, "Yes". Oh, oh, oh. Oh, oh, oh, oh. 'Cause we were both young when I first saw you." Taylor finished singing, smiling up at her girlfriend as the fans went wild. "What do you say Hales? Will you marry me?" She asked softly.
