Chapter 4- 'Yu'

-15th november- 12pm-

 hey Yuya, you remember that friend you told me about?

yeah, what about him?

Do you think he'd do a video with me, but not like a duelling video, like a vlog kinda thing?

It was a while later and you had garnered a lot of attention around your streams, mainly by yourself. Apparently you were a lot more funny and entertaining than you thought. The rest of these fans had come from one time that Sora raided you at the end of one of his streams, that he hadn't told his viewers about so some of them left. You preferred it that way so no one really said that you were stealing clout.

Now that you had a decently large following you felt like you were safe to collab and so you remembered about Yuya's friend he told you would like to collab with you and decided you would ask about that again. You wanted to collab with someone but maybe not someone younger than you at first, not because you didn't like them but because the internet is strange.

You had started a YouTube channel not long ago to upload vlogs and duelling videos because thats what you liked to do best. You felt it would be better to have your first collab on there and so you were going to. You decided your first collab should be irl and a vlog, since none of your duels were official collabs and you didn't want people to get upset over not labelling the past duels as official collabs.

His online username are Phantom so he either gets 'Phan' or Yuto from his fans.

Hey! I'm (Y/N) from @(y/u/n) on twitch and youtube! I was speaking to my friend, Yuya/ OddEyesDueltainer- I think you know him- and he said that you would maybe do a collab with me? It's fine if you don't want to but if you do, please let me know :)

Oh, hey (Y/N), yeah I remember! My name's Yuto and ThePhantom on Twitch and Youtube. ofc I will collab with you. I really enjoy your streams and would love to help you with some new content. You seem like a very chill person so ofc! I'm about to go on tour with my band but we could maybe do a duel video since I haven't done one in ages? We could do one for my channel and one for yours. Unless you want to do a stream? It's up to you really if your still down for a collab?

I think I'd rather do a YouTube video since I don't want to be framed for using you for clout or something lmao. We could do a vlog on both of our channels since that's the sort of stuff I do sometimes or we could do something on minecraft or a duel idm.

"Hello?" A deep voice sounded through your headphones. It was dark and mysterious, there was a reason he was 'the phantom'. The voice sent goose bumps down your spine making you blush just by hearing it.  

"Hello, This is Yuto right?" You just wanted to make sure, you could never be too careful.

"Yeah it is" you both start laughing with each other. You know that you are going to get on well with this guy

"Well, what's gonna happen then?" 

"what do you mean, (Y/N)?" Him saying your voice set butterflies into your stomach. WHat is happening, you've only spoken to him for a few seconds, you dont even know what he looked like.

"Well, when can you film?"

"I'm going on tour around XYZ in like two weeks"

"Oki. who is your band by the way?" You were curious, you had quite a wide range of a music taste and may have heard of his band.

"Oh! I'm play the drums for The Phantoms. Maybe you've heard of them?"

"Yeah! I have actually! I would say your probably my favourite band!" He laughs again saying that was actually pretty cool and you proceed to get to know each other a bit better before the topic of the conversation gets back to the collab.

"Ok, so shall we do like a duel on my channel and then you could have a vlog that could be us messing around in Heartland, A- because you live here B-It would be funny if anyone recognised us before you post the vlog" You had finished coming up with a plan and this was where you had finally reached.

"Sure, Yuto! Would the 29th be ok for you?" It was a while away and you knew you were free that day so you couldn't help but recommend it for the meetup.

"Yeah, thats good. Should we film the vlog first so that you can make your way over to mine and then we can film the duel?"

"That's good for me! Should we meet on the beach near (Idk just pretend its near somewhere recognisable)"

"Sure!"

You call for about two hours more, laughing and joking about literally anything that would come to your mind. you and Yuto were already amazing friends and you were looking forwards to your first collab.

"Oh Ra, Yuto it's like 2am" you were getting tired and realised that you should probably hang up so you could sleep

"I know, we should probs hang up"

"Yeah, well it's been amazing talking to you, and I'm looking forward to meeting you!"

"Yeah, I cant wait. it's nice to meet you (N/N)!"

"Night, Yu"
