chapter 9- Yuya's stream

-29th November - 1:30pm-

You begin slowly walking down the street again and decide that you should go and film some more stuff for the vlog that wasn't just scenery. After finding there was nothing around that you hadn't filmed, you both decide on heading over and annoying Yuya.

You finally end up outside the Yushow duel school where Yuya spent most of his time, ven after school to practice his duels and stream them. Devising your plan, you decide that you will go into the school, and start talking to Yuya like you weren't on stream, until you said the code word, "cry." yes, strange codeword but you say it a lot so it made sense to you and Yuto. Trying not to laugh, you begin to put the plan into action, having to turn around and walk away every now and then to stop yourself from laughing, and are sure to make sure Yuto is out of view to Yuya, but able to film you through the window. Slowly, you walk in to the breakroom where Yuya was talking to his Chat between duels, making sure chat can't see you but hear you.

"Hey, Yuya, can I speak to you for two minutes? I'm not sure if I'm gonna continue streaming and vlogging." You blurt out the end of the sentence before he can mute himself and you watch as he spins around in his chair, looking terrified.

"WHAT?!" You could tell he had just been streaming since he was screaming at you in his stream voice. There was definitely a difference between when he wasn't streaming or was streaming.

"Yeah, I'm not 100% sure if it's for me" You tried to keep up the act but you can feel your voice cracking a bit as you tried to keep your voice down.

"No, no no no you can't do that!" He was starting to sound more and more sincere trying to calm you down a bit.

"Why, why not, it's what I'll want" 

"You've just gotten a fanbase and you have to at least try and keep going for a bit!"

"I don't know, Sometimes it just makes me want to cry." You almost crack saying the code word but you managed to keep it together and Yuya was completely buying it.

"No no no, why would you say tha-"

"ODDEYESDUELTAINER." Yuto half kicked the door open causing it to bash against the wall as Yuya's head snaps round and you watch as his face drops as he realised that he had been subjected to a prank. (This sounds so weird why did I write this before I regret this so much Lmao)

"AAAAA" Yuya was obviously back in stream mode, half laughing as he screams.

"Oh! Hi Yuto!" Pretending you hadn't know Yuto was there, laughing now, he hands you the camera and you point it directly towards him.

"Oh you little idiots, I know what this is now" He sounds defeated like his entire world had been flipped upside down. 

"You just got pranked, live on stream and on my vlog" You point the camera around his face getting ✨stunning✨ angles of his face and laughing your head off, hearing Yuto laugh along with you. It didn't seem like Yuto to be laughing given his disposition but you couldn't deny it was a cute laugh.

"Oh thank Ra it was a joke" You heard Sora's voice sound through the call and you burst out laughing again. You didn't know Yuya was on a call with anyone else.

"Oh- wait- we didn't realise you were on call with anyone" Yuto bursts out laughing and you are almost doubled over with laughter.

"Also, Hello Yuya's chat, yes it was a prank, we thought it was gonna be funny" You eventually calm down and explain to the chat and you can see a bunch of people in Chat being concerned and some people laughing.

"Oh yeah, that was fine, definitely didn't make begin panicking" Yuya is being very much sarcastic but its quite funny.

"Sorrryyyy" After a while, you decide that you want to sit in the back of Yuya's stream for about an hour messing about and speaking to chat and making jokes. After a a while, you decide to get up and leave at around 2:30 as Yuya actually wanted to get back to his duelling which was fair enough.

Making your way into the town and film around a bit more, Yuto showing you places that you had never been before. Usually, you wouldn't trust anyone that you would had never met before, but trusting Yuto just came naturally to you. You keep walking around, and speaking to fans who recognise you or Yuto- mainly Yuto but you get one or two people come up to you. You go in and out of different places and enjoy your time with Yu and getting to know him better, you learn so much and that you two are actually similar.
