"Akane!" Within the school and one of its open classrooms, Akane had came to bring some news about her return to the show. The only people in the room currently were Memcho, Yuki and Aqua.
"I saw the video. I'm still getting some hate but..." Akane closed the sliding door behind her and moved her hands to remove her glasses, smiling at the girls before her. "I'll return to the show from the next shoot"
"I'm so glad!" Memcho exclaimed with a bright smile on her face, hands clasped together.
"I don't want you to force yourself, okay?" Yuki reminded with some concerns. But thinking about her words, she put her hands up in defense "I-I don't mean I don't want you back! Personally, I want you back even if you have to push yourself!"
Akane stared before smiling, "I know"
"It feels harder than ever these days to phrase things correctly..." Yuki sighed in relief, putting her hands down as she mumbled. She then held her head and looked away, "If I'd said that on Twitter, some people might've tried to cancel me.. I really have to be careful"
"From now on, it might be best if you play a character of some sorts!" Memcho suggested with a little grin, her hands up in a giving manner as if handing out something then placed them behind her head.
"After all, it hurts way more if it's the real you that gets hate!" She pointed out.
"A character?" Akane repeated, giving it some thought.
Aqua hummed out a yes in agreement, looking away from the trio as he remained on his seat "If you put on some kind of act, that role will become your armor"
He leaned forward to rest his elbows on the table, grabbing his cup. "If you expose your true self, you'll just get wounded. And that applies to more than just reality shows. It's an important concept in society"
"The act you put on is several layers deep, isn't it? I wish you'd show us the real you a bit more, though..." Memcho would comment with her hands on her hips, facing the actor.
"I'd rather not" Aqua passed.
"Acting's my strong suit, after all.. I'll give it a shot" Akane answered with a smile after collecting her thoughts, a hand on her cheek.
"True, you lowkey are an actress" Yuki hummed with her index finger up.
"If anything, that's my one redeeming feature..." Akane responded with a hushed tone. A question came to mind for the actress, looking at the girls.
"But, what role should I play?" She asked. And instantly, Memcho turned to Aqua with a hand under her chin.
"Say, what's your type, Aqua?" The streamer cheekily said, moving to his front within seconds and leaned forward eagerly for the answer.
"Why me?" Aqua asked and Yuki stood at the blond's other side with the same posture and expression as Memcho.
"'Cause you're the only guy around now!" Yuki stated the obvious, "C'mon, tell us about your ideal girl!"
