Reader x Ken (Ryan Gosling)

Y/n's eyes lit up with excitement as she saw the first raindrops hit the window of the coffee shop. "Ken, it's raining!" she exclaimed, bouncing in her seat.

Ken couldn't help but smile at her infectious enthusiasm. "Yeah, I see that," he replied, feeling a hint of curiosity mixed with a touch of apprehension.

"Come on, let's go outside and play in the rain!" Y/n urged, grabbing his hand before he could protest.

"Wait, really? Play in the rain?" Ken asked, a bit surprised.

"Yes! It's so much fun, I promise," Y/n beamed, already pulling him towards the door.

Feeling a mix of nervousness and anticipation, Ken let himself be led outside by Y/n. As the raindrops intensified, they both stepped onto the wet pavement, feeling the coolness beneath their feet.

"It's raining cats and dogs out here," Ken remarked, looking up at the gray sky.

"And I love it!" Y/n giggled, twirling around, her arms outstretched to embrace the rain.

Despite his initial hesitation, Ken couldn't help but smile at Y/n's joyous display. Her carefree attitude was contagious, and he found himself loosening up.

"You know, you look kind of cute when you're all wet and wild like that," Ken said, his cheeks slightly flushed.
Y/n laughed, enjoying the compliment. "Well, you look cute too, Ken. Come on, let's have some fun!"

With Y/n as his guide, Ken allowed himself to let go of any reservations he had about the rain. They ran through puddles, feeling the water splashing around their feet, and occasionally playfully spraying each other with water.

"You were right, Y/n," Ken admitted, breathless from their laughter-filled escapades. "This is actually kind of fun."
"I told you!" Y/n exclaimed, grinning from ear to ear

As they continued to enjoy their rainy adventure, Y/n couldn't help but notice how much Ken had opened up. His reserved demeanor had given way to a newfound playfulness, and she was thrilled to be a part of this transformation.
As the rain started to subside, they found shelter under a large tree. The leaves above them acted as a natural umbrella, and they sat down on a bench, catching their breath.

"Thank you for convincing me to do this," Ken said, looking at Y/n with gratitude in his eyes.
"You're welcome," Y/n replied, smiling warmly. "I'm glad you enjoyed it."
Ken reached out to take her hand, and Y/n gladly intertwined their fingers. They sat together, listening to the gentle pitter-patter of the rain on the leaves above them.

What a perfect day.
