While it is all fun and games, remember, the kitchen is no safe place.
As Dr. Sky and Chef Annette prepared for the boys-only cooking class. they glanced at the monitor screen, observing what each of the boys was up to in their respective dorms:
Zev (room 45) was focused on solving crossword puzzles, his mind actively engaged in the challenge of finding the right words.
James (room 36) was immersed in coloring his coloring book, creating vibrant and imaginative artworks with his chosen colors.
Oliver (room 35) was gently tending to his bonsai tree, carefully shaping and nurturing it to perfection.
Kai (room 44) was determinedly learning his native language, Irish, perhaps discovering the rich history and culture behind the words he was studying.
Benjamin (room 42) was lifting weights, working on his strength and athleticism to support his role as one of the star basketball players.
Aiden (room 40) had his nose buried in non-fiction books, expanding his knowledge on various subjects, eager to learn something new.
Giovanni (room 10) was peacefully sleeping, recharging his energy after a day filled with activities.
Jordan (room 14) was engrossed in a jigsaw puzzle, attempting to put together all 100 pieces to complete the picture.
Dr. Sky and Chef Annette exchanged smiles, seeing the diverse interests and hobbies of the boys. They knew that bringing these boys together for a cooking class would be an exciting opportunity for them to share their passions, creativity, and camaraderie.
As the time for the cooking class approached, Dr. Sky and Chef Annette prepared, Annette texted Niels to prepare the kitchen. As Sam relayed the message from Dr. Sky to the caretakers, the excitement in the dorms grew palpable. Nurse Zane quickly informed Zev, Mother Sachi eagerly told James, Brother Dean happily informed Kai, Nurse Diana enthusiastically informed Oliver, Father Theodore shared the news with Benjamin, Sister Abigail excitedly told Aiden, Father Nathan informed Giovanni, and Nurse Shenelle happily conveyed the message to Jordan.
As Nurse Zane entered Zev's room with the exciting news, Zev seemed a bit puzzled at first. "Cooking with Chef Annette? What's that?" he asked, not fully comprehending the concept.
Nurse Zane explained, "Yes, it's a special cooking class with Chef Annette. Instead of watching a cooking show, you'll get to cook alongside her in real life! Isn't that fantastic?"
Zev hesitated for a moment, not entirely convinced. "I don't know if I'll enjoy it," he replied with a hint of reluctance.
Nurse Zane smiled warmly, trying to encourage him, "Come on, Zev. This is a wonderful opportunity, and you've been chosen to be a part of it. It's a chance to learn something new and have fun while doing it!"
After a sigh, Zev finally relented, realizing he didn't want to miss out on this unique experience. "Fine, I'll give it a try. But I can't promise I'll enjoy it," he said, still a bit hesitant.
Nurse Zane chuckled, appreciating Zev's honesty, "That's the spirit! You never know, you might discover a hidden talent for cooking."
With newfound determination, Zev followed Nurse Zane to the kitchen. As they entered the magical space, he couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder and curiosity. The kitchen was transformed into a lively cooking studio, filled with colorful ingredients and cooking utensils, ready to spark his imagination.
Chef Annette greeted Zev with a warm smile, "Welcome, Zev! I'm so glad you could join us. We're going to have a fantastic time cooking together!
As Mother Sachi enters James' dorm room, she couldn't contain her excitement as she shared the news. "James, you have been chosen to attend 'Cooking with Chef Annette.' Isn't that wonderful?" she said with a big smile.
