The truth is being revealed. How do you feel?

Recognizing the common behavior patterns between Zev and Cynthia, as well as their shared imaginary interactions with Samantha, Dr. Sky believes it's important to address these concerns through a therapy session. He arranges for both Cynthia and Zev to join him in his office, a safe and comfortable space where they can openly discuss their experiences.

As Cynthia and Zev enter Dr. Sky's office, they are met with a calming and welcoming atmosphere. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a sense of privacy set the stage for the upcoming therapy session. Dr. Sky greets them warmly and invites them to take a seat, assuring them that this is a safe space for open and honest conversation.

During the therapy session, Dr. Sky encourages Cynthia and Zev to share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings about their interactions with Samantha. He creates a nonjudgmental environment where they can express themselves without fear or hesitation. He listens attentively, offering empathy and understanding as they speak.

Dr. Sky asks open-ended questions to help them delve deeper into their emotions and motivations. He explores the significance of Samantha in their lives, whether she represents a source of comfort, companionship, or something else entirely. He also inquires about any stressors, emotions, or life events that might be influencing their behavior. After two hours of trying, dr. Sky did not get through with either Cynthia or Zev. In the end, dr.Sky told Cynhia and Zev that the session will resume on a later day.

Two days later, Dr. Sky invites Cynthia into his office for a one-on-one therapy session. The room is designed to create a comfortable and open atmosphere, with soothing colors, soft lighting, and comfortable seating. He offers her a warm smile as she enters and gestures for her to take a seat.

Dr. Sky "Good morning cynthia. how are you?"

Cynthia "Nervous."

Dr. Sky "Don't be." Cynthia nods and smiles awkwardly."Let's begin shall we."

Cynthia: "okay."

Dr. Sky "tell me about your family life."

Cynthia: "my parents are loving people. They love me. My mom is a housewife and my dad works in a law firm. My aunt Gloria lives with us for no reason. She doesn't do much but drinks the whole day."

Dr. Sky: Thank you for sharing about your family, Cynthia. It sounds like your parents are loving and supportive. How about your relationship with your aunt Gloria?

Cynthia: My relationship with Aunt Gloria is okay, I guess. She's always been around, but we don't interact much. I know my parents try to help her, but she mostly keeps to herself.

Dr. Sky: It's good to hear that you have a positive relationship with your parents. How about friendships? Do you have close friends or people you feel comfortable talking to?

Cynthia: I have a few friends at school, but I wouldn't say I'm very close to anyone. I'm more comfortable spending time alone or talking to Samantha.

Dr. Sky: Samantha seems to be an important presence in your life. Can you tell me more about her?

Cynthia: Samantha is like a friend I talk to when I'm alone. She's always there, and I can tell her anything without feeling judged.

Dr. Sky: It's interesting that you feel a strong connection with Samantha. Do you ever find it challenging to talk to real people about your feelings?

Cynthia: Yeah, I guess so. It's easier to talk to Samantha because she's always there and I don't have to worry about how she'll react.

Dr. Sky: It's common to have someone to confide in, especially when it feels safe and nonjudgmental. However, building real-life connections can be rewarding too. Have you ever tried opening up to friends or family about your thoughts and feelings?
