I don't care what anyone tells me. I love to get new clothes. The trunk of my car was full of shopping bags once we left the mall. Coach, Michael Kors, Adidas, Forever 21, Zumiez, and Foot Locker. I wouldn't call myself rich, just hardworking.
We dropped our stuff off in the back of my car and walked to a small coffee shop that was across the street. "Coffee Me" It was fairly new and there were around 25 people there. Casey and me sat down in the back next to the window. The stools were comfortable and the place smelt like coffee beans and maple syrup.
The place was absolutely adorable. The stools were metal or wood the booths looked vintage but revamped and there were puzzles and games in the back. Plants and LED lights were hanging from the roof there were small hints of color like green, blue and yellow.
"Hey I'm going to get something to drink. Want something?" Casey asked.
"Ill get something later. Thanks though." She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I started to pull out my laptop and open up the story I'm writing for my online class that I'm still taking from over the summer.
The story was mainly about the cliché story of the geek guy goes out with the popular girl and they find out that they aren't as different, blah blah blah. Cliché, cliché. I just wanted to be done with this class. I'm starting to hate my laptop for reminding me whenever I open it up. Damn you laptop.
She came back moments later with a smile and a cup of espresso with whipped cream.
We sat there for a while. She was taking photos of herself, her espresso, her with her espresso, me, me and my laptop, my laptop. She posted photos on instagram and twitter asking me for my account then tagging me and liking my photos.
"Excuse me, miss? This is for you. The boy at the other table ordered you another espresso. Enjoy" the waiter said to Casey, her face looked flushed and she seemed scared. My heart was of course beating fast.
Jeez! cant just scare people like that!
However we was cute, light red/orange hair with freckles.
Casey looked up at him surprised. Then she moved to look around me at the boy sitting in the booth. The corners of her lips seemed to creep up into a flirtatious smile. I turned around to see why she was looking so crazy. It was the boy that gave her the espresso; sitting in the booth. Then I looked up at the actual boy that gave Casey the espresso standing behind the cash register. But the boy in the booth had on the workers uniform. They both had red-hair they literally looked the same. But they weren't the same person.
Oh shit.
I looked over at her and we both mouthed, "TWINS!"
"Hot!" she said.
"Get your hot ass over there!" I whispered kicking her leg under the table and smiled.
"Fine, fine" she giggled and got up. "Wait! Does my breath smell?" she inched towards me and blew in my face.
"Casey! Wtf!" I started to laugh "my god, no your fine"
"Do I have any bats in the cave?" she lifted her nose "does my hair look alright? Oh my goodness I don't even look good! Forget it I'm not going" Casey's face turned pink with embarrassment.
"Come on Cas, you look fine honest. Get your hot self over to that booth!" I got up, went behind Casey and pushed her out of her chair. I was laughing at her struggle. She was extremely light and very easy to move. Casey was clutching onto the table and was consistently saying, "NO, No you can't make me"
