First ever High school party

This chapter took me almost 3 straight days to complete, so enjoy!

                          Quinn's POV:
I was driving my car to Brody's house. It was silent and I felt the tension, so I decided to start a conversation. Beverly. I said. Yeah? She asked While turning her head to me.
How are you really in life right now? I asked. Everything is fine. She replied While turning her head to the window. Are you sure? I asked. Yup, I'm fine. Okay. I said.
Do you know how Leo is going here? Beverly asked. I think he went by foot. I said. I mean he does live pretty close and he likes walking. Beverly replied. That's true. I said.

When I pulled over I saw Beverly pick the skin around her nails. That's what she does when she's nervous. So I decided to grab her hand and holding it. It's going to be okay peach. She started giggling. Hey It's rude to laugh when I'm trying to be serious. We don't have to go if you don't want to. We can leave if you want. Is said. No I can do this. She said. I just don't feel very comfortable with everyone seeing me wearing a dress. Well I did bring jeans and a crop top for you. Although I think you look beautiful wearing the dress. I said. You actually brought me jeans and a crop top? That's so sweet but I don't need it. Let's go inside. She said. Yeah okay. I said while walking to the door. Before we could knock on the door we saw Leo walk up to us and say. hey guys. Hey Leo. Beverly said. Hey Leo, how did you get here? I asked. I walked. Leo said.

Brody opened the door and immediately said Hi to us, and told us how pretty we looked. He is one of the non homophobic guys and the only other guy than Leo Beverly didn't think was unbearable. Hey guys, Quinn and Beverly you to look amazing. Thanks Brody. I said with a smile on my face. Hey when are you going to tell me how pretty I look? Leo asked Brody with a sarcastic tone in his voice. Haha, you look nice too, I like the suit. Brody said. Come in, the drinks are over there on the table in the corner, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The karaoke machine is down the hallway to your left. Brody said. Well if you don't mind I'm gonna go back to beer pong, do any of you want to join me? Brody asked. No I think we're good, we might join you guys later, oh and thanks for inviting us. Beverly said. I was surprised that she was actually kind of socialising. Oh well bye. Brody said. Beverly? I said exited. Yeah? Beverly answered. You were socialising, like a proper human. I said while being proud of her. I'm not sure if I should take that as a compliment or an insult, but thanks I guess? And do you really have to point out a proper human being. She asked. Yup I do, that's what friends do. I answered while giggling. Oh Really? Beverly said. We started giggling and I started blushing. Maybe I do need to talk to Sarah about Beverly I though to myself.

Leo's POV:

Hey guys? I think I'm going to get a drink. I said. Oh okay we'll come with you. Quinn said.
I had to think of a quick excuse to leave the two of them alone.
No I need booze and I promise you you do NOT want to meet the drunk Leo. Than you won't like the sober Leo. I said. Hahahah okay okay we'll leave you to it. Beverly said. Bye Leo

                    20 minute skip:
I was walking towards Brody while holding a cup with a mix between vodka and whiskey. Hey Leo. Brody said. Hey Brody dody dude. Hey man are you okay? Yeah I'm totally fine. Okay? How many of those have you had? Oh these only like 7. I said. Oh that's fine I guess. Brody said. Teen. Wait what. Seventeen. Okay that's really bad how haven't you puked yet!? You know what don't answer that. Okay. I said. Why did you drink so much? Brody asked. Umm because gays have a lot of problems duh. Okay you're gay what are your problems?  Brody asked. Why would you wanna know? I asked. Well I care about you, so I want to know why you've had 17 drinks in like half an hour.
He said. 20 minutes to be exact.
Hey, Brody Bro-dy do. Can we talk? I said to Brody. I have a little secret to confess to you.
I said. Hey man you're like really nice but I'm not gay sorry. Brody said. Well I didn't wanna talk about that, and your lucky you're not gay. I said. Well, that's probably true. Yeah duh dude I might be drunk as fuck but I'm still smart ish. I said. Hahah okay. Well, what did you wanna talk about. Brody asked. Well I think Beverly has a crush on Quinn. I don't know about Quinn because she has a girlfriend. I said. Okay, well how is this your problem? Brody asked. I made it my problem, because they're obviously flirting and obviously like each other it's almost unbearable. I said. Haha okay, well don't you think you should leave it alone. If it's love it will happen eventually. Brody said. That's nice, but that nothing  is going to happen, I know those two there going to ignore it. I said. That's not really good, maybe you need to talk to one of them. I guess I'll talk to Beverly then. Thanks for the advise. I said. Yeah about that I'll be right back, I need to go to the bathroom.
