Beverly's POV:
I woke up around 10 A.M. I wanted to text Quinn about our one month anniversary but.. I was scared she forgot...
Quinn's POV:
I woke up on Saturday morning, I saw it was our anniversary so I texted her. Happy one month anniversary! honey 😘 a couple minutes later I got a massage back. Happy anniversary! 💗
I planned everything out, I'll meet you at the park around 12:00 o'clock, is that okay?? 😊 I asked. Yeah! See you then 🩷
I got ready to leave around 11:25. It was very hot outside so I wore a black dress with light blue flowers. And my favorite fans, on the fans there were little pink flowers.
I was waiting for her at the park and she showed up in a dress as well. Which got me by surprise cause when it's hot she still wears baggy jeans with a crop top still covering her stomach and a flannel or cropped vest. But no, she was wearing a long puffy pastel green fold dress with white flowers on it.
Hey honey, I love your dress! You look gorgeous. I said. Thanks, you look stunning. Beverly replied with a smile. I missed you! I said while giving her a hug. What do you meen!? You saw me Friday and we texted yesterday, but I got to admit I missed you too. She said. What's your plan for today? She asked. Well when I came over to your house on Friday I may have stolen your swimsuit. Oh my god! You're so weird. She said. And you're so welcome, I brought your swim shorts and bikini, and I brought your favorite towel. I said. You're the best!
While Beverly was changing I was making sure there was no one coming. We were sitting in the grass while getting used to the water temperature, we stood up and got into the water until it was right above our knees. We were slowly walking in the water.
After a couple of minutes of just swimming around and talking we decided to swim to the other side of the lake.
The sun was slowly going down. Beverly swam towards me, she wrapped her legs around me. She kissed me on my cheek, she put her arms around my shoulders. I leaned in to kiss her, her body was against mine, holding her waist tightly against me.
We got out of the water and I was laying in the grass, Beverly was drawing the view of the water while we listened to the song girls from girl in red, as I watched the sun go down. I saw the last stroke of sunlight hit right across her face.
It was 7 P.M. and my head was resting in her lap, as we were stargazing we talked and listened to music. The song we fell in love in October was playing.
I love you. Beverly said. What? I replied...
