this fanfiction was originally inspired by a lot of other coffee shop stories or alternative universes, so that's a start
before we continue with the story, I must give you some background info
first of all , this is a fanfiction, and an AU, so things will not be the same as in the game. BUT, there are some references to the actual game, as mentioned below. there may be some more trigger warnings that I will list on the top of the chapter.
sunny and kel are in college. ( they do not go to the same college. )
sunny has the same friends as he does in the actual game, minus kel and hero.
mari is not alive in this AU, except the way she died isn't caused by sunny. basically, everything else in the suzuki family is still the same. The sunny doesn't have his father around, and Sunny's mom works late.
sunny majors in music and arts stuff
kel skipped college and decided to work instead for a good reason. that reason is for me to know and you to read about ;)
if you all want to know anything about the others, please let me know, and I'll be happy to brainstorm :)
