Naira rests her head on Kartik's shoulder as they fly towards their destination. Kartik gazes out of the window, lost in his own thoughts. He opens his eyes to find Naira sleeping, her face stained with tears, her body trembling with unease. It's clear she's having a distressing dream.
Kartik's mind races with a flurry of thoughts and emotions. He instinctively wraps his arms around her, pulling her closer into a protective embrace. As he holds her tightly, his heart aches for the pain she carries within her. He gently strokes her hair, hoping to offer solace and comfort in the darkness of her subconscious.
KARTIK (whispering in his mind)
Naira, what haunt you in your sleep? What painful memories or fears torment your soul? I can see the weight you carry, the battles you fight silently.
As he continues to cradle Naira, Kartik's mind fills with determination. He silently vows to be there for her, to provide unwavering support and understanding.

After a hour or something, Naira slowly stirs from her sleep, feeling the warmth and security of Kartik's arms wrapped around her. A flicker of surprise and then a sense of comfort washes over her. It's the first time someone has cared for her in this way, and a tear of happiness escapes her eyes.
With a gentle maneuver, Naira eases herself out of Kartik's embrace, careful not to disturb his rest. She leans against the window, gazing out at the clouds passing by, her mind filled with a whirlwind of emotions.
NAIRA (whispering to herself)
Safe. I feel safe in his arms. It's been so long since I've felt this way. It's as if the weight of the world has momentarily lifted off my shoulders. I never imagined someone like Kartik could bring such solace into my life.
Feeling a sense of calm, Naira makes her way to the washroom. As she walks back, a strange gaze falls upon her, causing her heart to skip a beat. She turns around, and to her surprise, it's Kartik who stands there, wearing a gentle smile.
NAIRA

Kartik and Naira settle back into their seats. They glance over to find Shravan and Tanya seated beside them. Tanya's drowsy state catches their attention, and they quickly call out her name, preventing her from falling.
KARTIK
Tanya! Are you alright? Watch out!
SHRAVAN
Thank goodness, I caught her in time. Tanya, are you okay?
The air hostess approaches, her brows furrowed with concern.
AIR HOSTESS
Is everything alright here? Do you need any assistance?
Kartik and Naira exchange reassuring glances.
KARTIK
We're fine, thank you. .
As the air hostess moves away, Kartik turns to Naira, curiosity flickering in his eyes.
KARTIK
Naira, I've noticed something special between Tanya and Shravan. Are they a couple?
NAIRA
No, they're not in a romantic relationship. They share a bond that surpasses any label. Tanya and Shravan have been best friends since childhood. They understand each other in ways no one else can. They're like family, always there for each other.
Kartik's eyes reflect a mix of admiration and longing.
KARTIK
It's incredible to witness such a deep connection. They care for each other like parents. It's a beautiful friendship.
NAIRA
Yes, it truly is. Their unwavering support and love for one another is something to cherish. It reminds me of what I've missed in my own life.
Kartik reaches out to hold Naira's hand, offering a comforting squeeze.
KARTIK
Naira, what is it? What has shaped you into the person you are today? Please, if you feel comfortable, share with me.
NAIRA
Kartik, it's not the right time. There's so much pain and darkness in my past. Please don't force me to confront it now.
Kartik's voice is filled with understanding and reassurance.
KARTIK
I understand, Naira. I won't push you. Whenever you're ready, whenever you feel comfortable, know that I'm here to listen and support you.
NAIRA
Why do you care so much, Kartik? What makes you different? I always did bad to you, why Kartik?
Kartik takes a moment to collect his thoughts, his gaze filled with sincerity.
KARTIK
Naira, I care because you deserve it. Every person deserves love, understanding, and support. We all carry our own burdens, but that doesn't mean we have to face them alone. I want to be that pillar of strength for you, just like Tanya has Shravan.
He chuckles, attempting to lighten the moment.
KARTIK
Consider me your Shravan, always by your side.
Naira's lips curve into a grateful smile as she reflects on Kartik's words.
NAIRA
Thank you, Kartik. Your presence and care mean more to me than you'll ever know.
Kartik playfully winks at her, a gesture that speaks volumes of their growing bond.
KARTIK
You're welcome, Naira. We're in this together, through thick and thin.
