Chapter 7: The Jack of a Jam

It was September 10. The first official day at Hogwarts was here, after last night being the most ridiculous and haunted party ever, Nova and Lunacies found their designated areas. Nova was in Slytherin while Lunacies was in Gryffindor.

It wasn't as bad as it seemed besides the million of questions the kids had.

Who were they?

How did they skip year 1-6?

What were their last names?

When creating immortals, Gods rarely ever had a last name.

"What is a last name?" Nova said confused towards a 6th year.

"Are you joking? And they placed you in 7th year?" A tall kid said pathetically. His hair embroidered with gems and his face seemed too elegant out of this world.

Nova laughed at this, he looked stupid.

He later made sure to make the 6th year class very slow. Dumbledore had to attend to this magical emergency.

If Nova thought the bullying was worse now imagine the amount of responsibility he had to make. He was a god who was going to school during the day! He had to run the sun chariot on the other side of the world. While Lunacies ran the moon, it was hard attending a school and also doing your night time job.

The worst part though, Lunacies was constantly getting hit on by this teacher called Professor James. The teacher of magic with the dark arts. Lunacies had no idea why this teacher would hit on her, I mean yes she was beautiful and literally radiated goddess vibes but she could always conceal her aura. That way people wouldn't always feel the need to kneel down every time they passed by her.

Professor James would constantly stare at her during class. He would always pick on her and regardless to say, Lunacies was great at magic with the dark arts. She created it. The moon takes most of the magic that occurs with the dark arts. Witchcraft and rituals. She would never fail to disappoint, but she was also getting hesitant towards her teacher.

In the hallways he would make rude comments about her figure and try to make moves on her.

Lunacies tried to do some magic on him to back him off but somehow Professor James would always have a counter spell against it.

Lunacies were starting to run out of ideas. It's like she was being tailed every second by him. She had no friends in Hogwarts and had no one to rely on.

She was all alone.

While Lunacies were running around, James was destroying planets and galaxies. Every time he missed his shot he would get mad, furious, angry. He would kill animals, mortals, and destroy the world. James was a Jam he had to survive. By all means he had all the power in the world.

Why couldn't he grab her attention. Was he doing something wrong? It worked on mortals all the time.

James ended up taking a small vacation during winter break. He went to Hogsmeade and tried to give this another thought. He had to plan out.

He had to become her savior. It would always work like that. He already did the first part, he became a professor but he now needed her to become his wife. In secret of course.

He brainstormed for days drinking butterbeer until he nailed it. He would frame Nova. James was the semi creator after all, he could just create an invisible character that would touch her. He would make a scene with a student and Lunacies to create a diversion. Nova will be alerted to come since James wasn't dumb and knew Noba was tailing Lunacies as well and then Nova will try to help but James would let the invisible character out to touch Lunacies. This way she would think it's Nova and he would come to the rescue to perform the cruciatus curse on Nova but ten times worse.
