Chapter 8: Double Trouble

James pointed the sword towards Nova but he only reflected it with a blow. A strong blow that causes the wind in the room to blow hard. Temperature started to rise as James and Nova fought with their swords.

Swords clashed together as they both cursed at each other. All Lunacies could do was stand at the side as they both fought. It was like nothing before, James became invisible and fought Nova's blind spots while Nova was fast forwarding to see how the battle would go. He slowed down for James but barely.

"YOU WILL NOT STAND IN MY WAY YOU SCUMBAG" James shouted. He cursed out another curse and Nova's sword disappeared. He went chest straight into James' sword but before he could Lunacies pushed Nova so she would take the hit.

"LUNA! NOOOO" Nova screamed. As he was shoved into the wall cracking his ribs. He knew he couldn't do anything but his ring!

He touched the faint golden sun ring he had and then his chariot appeared. It summoned and melted everything. The sun was burning hot and so it was

melting the whole dungeon into pieces.

"IT'S TOO LATE NOW NOVA, I HAVE HER" James said holding Lunacies uncomfortably. James was tall, Lunacies was three feet shorter than him. She couldn't do anything.

Just then the shadow appeared right when James started to undress Lunacies infront of Nova.

"YOUR GONNA REGRET THIS IMMORTAL SPAWN" Nova shouted.

The shadow grew to a full length of 20 feet and formed into the sun god. Novalis. Except he was different. He radiated so much more power. And there were two?

"WHAT?" James screamed.

"What is this foolishness!???" He was confused and dropped Lunacies.

Nova quickly grabbed a hold of Lunacies and took off his shirt to put it on her. She was almost torn. She was bleeding. She had huge cuts from James' sword and was bleeding a golden Ichor.

"I'll finish you giant!" James turned into his godly form, 25 feet tall.

His sword also transformed into a huge one. Nova took Lunacies to the edge and tried to bandage her up with posters around. The ground was breaking and he knew he had to escape or else Lunacies wouldn't survive.

"I'm so sorry Luna, Take care on the sun chariot."

Nova placed her in the chariot and put the chariot on autopilot. It drove itself into a shadow in the ground and out into the sky it went. The faint windows from the dungeons showed that the sun had returned.

While Nova was helping Lunacies, future Novalis was fighting one on one with James.

"YOU IDIOT, WHERE DID YOU EVEN COME FROM!" James screamed. They both took turns clashing swords and breaking walls back and forth. The barrier James had put out earlier broke down and it exploded sending asphalt everywhere.

Bricks and wood clasped and created fires that overturned the school. Hogwarts was burning.

"JAMES. I AM SUPREME TO YOU, YOU DARE TOUCH MY WIFE?" Future Novalis said. Nova was hearing it all and let out a huge gasp.

So it was true.

All those times he had those memory problems were actually real. He was looking back at the past and he and Lunacies were a thing. And this giant here was Him himself but in the future. This meant that they already won against this so-called James. Why did this future self look more stronger, And who was James?

Nova turned into his godly form as well. His titan self stormed the sky and made sure every mortal in a 60 mile radius was far enough to not be hurt.

He then joined the fight with James.
