"What happened to your face?" Jimin asked, looking at the bruise on Jungkook's cheek.
"Nothing, just bumped into a telephone pole." He lied.
The brunette haired sat on one of the chairs placed alongside the black tinted glass walls of the underground archery training area. The black tiled floor reflected his image as he adjusted the strings of his compound bow.
"I see...." Jimin responded, resuming to aim his arrows at the moving targets, crafted in the shape of a vampire with red marks circled on its vital areas.
"By the way, Our new partner will be introduced today." He added as he stretched the string with three arrows between his fingers before releasing them together. He smiled with satisfaction when his arrows pierced right through the moving target, despite it's high speed.
"New partner?" Jungkook questionably looked at Jimin who was holding four arrows between his fingers this time. With one eye closed, he stretched the string before shooting it straight at the boards again.
"Yeah..." Jimin said before looking over his shoulder, "I heard he just got transferred here from Kyoto."
Hope he isn't an oddball... Jungkook prayed in his mind.
"They are here." Jimin said as he saw two figures entering.
"This can't be..." Jungkook's eyes widened as soon as he turned his face and saw a tall guy walking inside.
"ANYONE ON THIS PLANET BUT HIM!" Jungkook exclaimed before abruptly standing up. His bow dropping on the floor along the process.
Because of the cadet's sudden outburst, the reverberating sound of arrows piercing the boards from other room stopped. However, the moment of silence lasted only for a mere second as the other cadets resumed their practice, familiar with this infamous behavior of Cadet Jeon.
"What's wrong with him?" Sora asked Jimin as she approached them. In response, he simply shrugged.
"You're telling me, this guy's my partner?!" The anonymous guy standing beside Sora asked, pointing at Jungkook.
"Yup!" Sora responded, cheerfully, "And on the top of that, Jungkook's the same age as you."
"But he's a total brat!" He complained, making the brunette haired glare at him.
