Years later,
"Next!" A Vamp soldier said sternly as he stood beside a laboratory's entrance door, a digital kiosk in front of him.
After the apocalypse, Humans below the age of seventeen were kept in different cities of different countries under the surveillance of vampires.
In addition to that, long lists of rules were made for humans to follow which included never try to escape the city.
Whenever someone tried to go against those rules, they suffered the major consequences.
"Hwang Shi-Eon." A black-haired girl told her name as she stood in front of the vampire with a blank face.
He typed something on a kiosk machine, causing the entrance door of the laboratory to open. She entered and walked through the hallways, making her way straight towards the room which was Labeled as 'Human blood experimentation'.
She sighed before pushing its door to get inside. She then proceeded to sit on one of the chairs, and a male vampire approached her with a syringe.
One of the mandatory rules set by vampires was 'Donate the blood three times a week', which all humans had to follow and Shi-Eon was no exception.
After taking out her blood, he placed a syrup on her palm before ordering her to drink it. She gulped it in one sip, scrunching her face because of its aftertaste.
"At least stop making us drink this sewage water.." She mumbled to herself.
"Stop complaining, livestock. " He monotonously said before pointing his finger at the door, "leave."
Livestock is what they think of us, Shi-Eon. She reminded herself. "I'll make you regret it one day." She said under her breath.

Completely lost in her thoughts, she absent-mindedly strolled through the streets. Not even noticing the presence of someone behind her.
"What are you thinking, Shi-Eon?!" He yelled in her ear, making her jump in surprise. She turned to face the owner of that voice.
Not to her surprise, it's a boy with brunette hair, flashing his bunny smile.
"You freaked the shit out of me, Jeon." Shi-Eon pinched his arm.
