When Y/n didn't meet Izuku, at the end of the day, as she usually did, caused him to worry. Midoriya walked up to Todoroki too ask him, if he had seen her at all today.

"No, I haven't," he lied, seeming disinterested in Y/n. Midoriya found it odd but didn't bug the bi-haired male about it. Todoroki seemed to be in one of his moods, and Izuku didn't want to make it worse. Saying thank you, the green-haired boy left him alone. Heading down the hall, Izuku wondered if something happened between them. Surely Todoroki would have told him?

"Hm," Izuku hummed as he exited the building, then headed over to Class 1-A dorms. Izuku opened the door and walked in. He headed over to the elevator and pushed the button to go up. After waiting for the doors to open, he stepped in and pushed the button for the 3rd floor. The doors closed and the elevator hummed as it started going up. Izuku watched the numbers flash up until it reached three. It dinged and doors reopened. Izuku walked out and headed to his sister's dorm room. Reaching the door, he knocked and waited. He heard her complain before the door opened.

"How the hell- oh, hi izu!" her annoyed quickly changed, when seeing him. She let him in and closed the door. Izuku immediately went over and picked up his nephew.

"Soo, whats up?"

"Why did you wait for me?"

"Oh, yeah...I didn't go to class," she sheepishly replied. Izuku glared at her.

"N/n, you can't do that! You'll get kicked out,"

"Well, I wasn't in the mood too," she sighed out, plopping on her bed. Izuku sat beside her, setting Kosuke on his lap. He turned to his sister. He now realized her eyes were red as if she had been crying.

"Why is that? Did something happen?"Izuku asked concern in his tone.

"Yeah...something did," Y/n says before handing him her phone. Hr gazed at her confused until he looked at the screen to read what was on it. Izuku green orbs widen when he read over the texts between Y/n and Todoroki.

"Y/n, no wondered he seemed angry at the mention of your name, you lied to him. Why did you do that, N/n? You might have just ruined your chances," Izuku frantically spoke, angrily. Y/n frowned.

"I know. I just freaked. I wasn't ready," she sighed out.

"You need to talk to him,"

"How? He didn't even acknowledge my existence in the hall earlier. That is why I left school,"

"Wait, you saw Todoroki today?" Izuku asked, confused. Y/n nodded.

"Oh, he lied to me,"

"Probably because he didn't want to talk about it," Izuku phone went off. He handed Kosuke to his mom, before pulling out his phone. The message was from Todoroki, telling Izuku he needed to talk to him. Izuku stood up.

"I need to go," he spoke walking to the door.

"Todoroki calls," Y/n mumbles. Izuku turned to her.

"I heard that,"

"Well that was the point," Y/n said, gazing up at him.

"What is your problem now?" Izuku asked, annoyed.

"You always run when Todoroki needs you, but I need you right now. You rather go to him!" Y/n answer, trying to stay calm, not wanting to upset Kosuke.

"Of course I am. He is hurt, Y/n. You lied to him. You're only hurting because you feel guilty!"

"Wow, really?" Y/n scoffed, standing up, repositioning Kosuke on her hip.

"Yeah, really," Izuku mocked.

"You think I'm only upset about that, but I'm not. I have other things going on, Izuku!"

"What is it then, huh?" he asked. Y/n went quiet, knowing she couldn't say.

"Nothing," she said, gazing away. Izuku glared her down.

"As I thought," Izuku grumbled before walking over the door, opening it and slamming it shut. The noise scared Kosuke and he began to cry. Y/n tried to calm him down, as she started to cry as well, only making it worse. Y/n grabbed her phone and asked her mom if she could take Kosuke for a few days. Y/n needed to take care of some things. When her mother replied with a yes. She packed a few things for Kosuke, then left to go drop him off.

After she did, she sent out a text.
