The Rain

The Tour Chapter 9

Stella and William walked around the school making small talk about each area. When they finally finished the tour, they had an hour left of school. So they chose to sit and talk for a little while.

"So Will why are you here?" Stella asked

"Dunno yesterday I was home schooled and today I am here. Part of me wishes I wasn't but the over part is happy I'm out of that house!" William said in a sad voice

"Aww don't worry. But what do you mean you are happy you are not in your house?" Stella asked confused. "It don't matter okay!" William answered angrily. Stella just nodded scared of the sudden out burst.

After a few minuets of silence William broke it.

"Sorry Stella. I didn't mean to yell at you I-I-I am just really annoyed at my step dad."

"It's okay," sending William a smile "Why are you annoyed at your step dad?"

William laughs coldly "Many reasons Stella. I wont tell you them because I don't know you and I don't want to bring them up okay?" William said looking into Stella's eyes with so much pain and determination . All Stella did was nod her head and thought "I will get this out of him. It is obvious that it is buggy the hell out of him..."

Finally the bell goes. "Will it is time to go, see you tomorrow right?" Stella says and Will nods his head at her and walks away.

The bus trip took less time then it normally did. Stella thought it was because, she was thinking about Will. About how he seemed so angry at his step dad. But Stella had no time to think about that because she is going out for a meal. She tried to keep that in the front of her mind to stop herself thinking about William.

----------At Home----------------

"I'm home!!" Stella yelled into the house.

"Good now get up that wooden hill and get changed missey!!" her mum yelled back. Stella did as she was told and ran up the stairs and into her bed to decide which dress to wear before going for a shower. After 15 minuets she found the perfect dress. It was blue, silky soft and would fit her curves perfectly.

After her shower she put on the dress and did her make-up and hair to perfection and had 15 minuets to spare so she ran down the stairs to show her mum.

"Mum what do you think?" Stella asked

"Oh Stells you look beautiful!! And when did you get that dress??" her mum said smiling and all Stella could do was smile with her.

"Are Blake and Chase here yet?" Stella asked. Her mum shook her head and looked at the clock we had 5 minuets and if they weren't here we would leave without them.

With the last 30 seconds the two boys ran towards the house panting and red in the face.

"Get in the car you two and next time get here earlier!" Stella's dad said while laughing at them. They both nodded and mumbled "sorry" toward him.
