After he tells his story(I'm not writing His backstory since it is a big spoiler and it's not in the anime yet. If you want to know his backstory it starts at chapter 350 of the manga series)

Kidd, Burnin & Onima: *Redirects the heat away from Todoroki*

Dabi: *He gets up and walks towards Todoroki*
Iida: He doesn't care about us?
Amato: yeah but we are at a disadvantage with our gear. *He unmechanized out of firefighter mode* We will need something to take in the heat but I can't make anything here.
Iida: What about the metals around here?
Amato: They are burned to liquid they won't stay still until I complete my build-

Iida: They defeated Toga.
Dabi: Toga...
