Caroline showed up at the cabin where Thomas was staying with Hope and Douglas to pick up Douglas as per her court order. But Thomas had some questions for her after his talk with Hope.
"Caroline, what did you mean that I'm not Douglas' father?" Thomas pointed out.
"Don't you know that Ridge is Douglas' father?" Caroline told him.
"Yeah, there was some speculation that at one time he was, but a DNA test proved otherwise?" Thomas reminded her.
Caroline didn't want to admit that she couldn't remember that. She remembered that Ridge was Douglas' father.
"I'm sorry, I can't seem to remember that."
"Caroline, are you alright?"
"I'm fine, Thomas," Caroline interjected. "I want my son. I've been away too long."
"Caroline, I never tried to replace you as Douglas' mother with Hope." Thomas tried to make her see that. "You were gone, or at least I thought you were gone."
"You just wanted your precious Hope to be Douglas' mother."
But the shock came when Douglas walked into the cabin with Beth after playing outside.
"Douglas!" Caroline said.
"Mom!" Douglas said as he ran to hug her. "You're alive?"

At Forrester Creations, Ridge had a bone to pick with Brooke after her talk with Shayna.
"What's with your warning to Shayna?" Ridge demanded.
"Ridge, that woman wants you," Brooke replied.
"Oh, c'mon, Brooke, that's ridiculous."
"Ridge, she wants you. And the way you leave our bed for FC, I'm beginning to wonder if you want her too?"
"Logan, you know I'm committed to you and only you," Ridge says with a kiss.
"You can't see it, can you, Ridge?" Brooke said.
But Ridge didn't want to admit to Brooke that he had a thing for Shayna. There was something about her that intrigued him.
