as achille drifted off to sleep on his uncle's lap, talking to cho gue-sung and vinicius, kylian met camélia by the bar.

"hey" she replied with a smile, seeing him approach her
he put his arms around her waist, holding her close, before kissing her gently on the lips
"What have I done to deserve this sudden affection ?" she joked, to which he smiled.
"your brother made me realise how much I was in love with you" he replied with complete honesty, which took her by surprise
"oh really?" was all she could reply
"does that surprise you?" he asked, locking his gaze with hers
"yes and no, because I'm in love with you too, and have been for a long time, I'd say" she said, which reassured him of her feelings, and Kylian breathed a sigh of relief.
"For a long time?"
"You don't know it, but in reality I set everything up so that we'd meet at prim and aurel's wedding and you'd fall in love with me" she joked, which made him burst out laughing.
"well, your plan worked, because I love you" he replied, she smiled, her heart was racing, did kylian mbappé just say 'I love you' to her?
"am i dreaming right now ?" she whispered
"we're both dreaming then" his reply made her laugh softly
"I love you too" she finally said, kylian's heart was about to explode, the two of them were now trapped in a kind of euphoria, it was as if everything around them had disappeared in the blink of an eye

"the couple are back together it looks like" said eduardo to aurélien, the two real madrid players were watching them out of the corner of their eyes, the couple were no longer letting go of each other.
"I don't think they'll be splitting up again anytime soon".
"how come you didn't know that joshua was his brother?" aurélien asked eduardo, still surprised that they hadn't made the connection between the two people
"no comment, now if you'll excuse me" replied eduardo with a smile, feeling stupid for not having realised sooner, before slipping away to join vinicius and gue-sung, who were having a dance-off with each other.
aurélien let out a laugh before joining his wife, who was with their little daughter maisie, talking to griezmann.
"so... what do we do now?" he asks
"What do you mean?"
"you're going back to korea, and I'm going to have to stay here, I don't want to see you go" he said, pouting slightly, which made her laugh
"you're cute, but don't worry, I'm sure we'll see each other again soon, and then you'll come and visit me" she said, which immediately relaxed him, and she put her arm around his before resting her head on his shoulder.
"so get ready to welcome me as soon as I have a day off" she said.
"I'll always be ready" they both laughed

Although they lived in two different countries, Camélia and Kylian weren't worried about that, they knew that despite the distance between them everything would be fine.
