As Natalia woke up, she decided to put her Bible away and take the three sisters advice, they were sadstic women yet knew how to give somewhat useful advice. Just letting go of the things she'd trusted for such a long time felt like a challenge but if it is what the mistresses had asked, then she would do such a thing. It felt wrong as she depended on the book in such a low point in her life multiple times but perhaps it was incorrect for some parts.
Gazing upon the drawer she put her Bible in, she smiled softly and placed her earring into her ear. She brushed her hair from its now ruined braid and kept the hairband on her wrist for Daniela to redo later as it was appart of their routine now.
She quickly cleaned up herself and got changed into her uniform before preparing to leave the room for morning library chores; once she finished, she left her room and closed the door behind herself. She took note of the few people walking past quickly and just running away from herself. Perhaps Alcina's work helped her from getting relentlessly bullied amongst her co-workers.
Before heading to her workspace, she made her way to the kitchen's to get an apple to have before her daily chores. She stayed in the servant's halls for a few moments to eat her apple by herself, her mind wondering through the memories her dreams bought back up. Those cries she remembered scarred her for a long time, she was only 19. Now she's further away. The final crunch of her apple snapped her back and she threw the core into a bin before shaking away the dark thoughts and pretending she didn't feel them.
Smiling, she wondered through the halls and caught a few stray maids in their incorrect places but ignored them; Natalia made her way through the large doors and entered the library to begin her chores of the day.
Eyeing the outskirts of the books, she noticed loads being in a different order then from what she organised and sighed in annoyance. She walked towards them and none of the books were organised in any order, it was like someone came in here and messed up the books by hand, too many were messed up and she looked into another shelf seeing the same mess.
This certainly wasn't made by one person. Far too messy.
Rolling her eyes, she decided to take out the books in piles and took her time placing the books in alphabetical order like they were supposed to. It took quite a long time to get all of the innorect books out of the shelves and she seemed considerably upset by the end of it, all her hard work of organising went down the drain and she simply grumbled god's name in vain to distract herself for the briefest time.
It was around half 10 in the morning before Lady Daniela entered the library, intending to just find Natalia slacking off with a book in hand but was shocked to see her actually organising the books.
"Busy?" she said, slightly startling the librarian as she hadn't noticed Daniela's presence.
"I'm so sorry Lady Daniela, someone messed up the books and I have to clean up their mess." she sighed, her eyes glued to the names of the authors and placing them into their correct spaces on the table.
"Someone... Messed the books..?" Daniela tilted her head and got closer, taking note on the amount of books scattered across the floor and tables, they were piled up and in an organised mess; Natalia was organising them again into the right order.
"Damn, that's a lot of work, need help?" She moved closer to Natalia and put her head ontop of hers. Natalia flinched slightly at the suddern touch but kept working,
"You shouldn't work on my job, this gives me something to work on today and most likely tomorrow as well" the librarian's voice softened,
"But someone else messed up your work"
