Ashley and Jake appeared in front of the building on the street. The sun was shining brightly in the sky and the surrounding was alive with the noise of chirping birds and moving vehicles. The shop near Ashley's building was open and a young man was giving grocery to a lady standing in front of the shop.

"Wow..." Ashley almost twirled looking at the sudden change of the scenario. Few moments ago, it was night and now it's day time. She shook her hand off from Jake's hand and looked at him suspiciously.

"Are you a witch?" She said with frowned brows.

"It's Sorcerer." Jake smirked.

"Yes...Sorcerer. I mean how the hell did you do that?"

There was a childish amazement in Ashley's voice which Jake didn't think would appear if he show her the time travel. But here, the situation was reversed. She was neither afraid nor any sign of discomfort was there on her face.

"See..." Jake pointed towards the third floor flat which belongs to Ashley. She moved her eyes from him to the place and what she saw next made her eyes went wide in shock. Ashley saw her mother standing in the balcony and having conversation with the neighbor who looked like aunt Rose to her.

"Mom..." Ashley mumbled, her eyes were teary. Till then Ashley's mom noticed Jake and a girl standing on the ground and waved towards them.

"Come..." Jake stated and holding Ashley's hand, he entered inside the building.

They walked up the stairs and reached the flat that till now Ashley thought was her but seeing her mom alive and that too very young was very confusing for her. She was in shock and amazement and troubled, all at the same time.

The main door opened even before Jake rang the doorbell and Ashley's eyes met with her mom.

"Jake, how have you been? Come in..." Ashley's mom said with a cheerful smile. They entered the house after her.

Ashley looked around and remembered what's her house looked like when she was small. There were some changes in decorations but it was all the same overall.

"It's been three years...how are you? Is this your wife?" She asked looking at Ashley. The melodious tone of her mother was something Ashley missed since the past 6 years but the present seemed like a dream to her. How it could be possible to meet the deceased? Was Jake a real sorcerer who had played a filthy trick with her mind. Ashley was quiet but her mind was racing like a horse to find the end of the vast field.

"She is friend." Jake's words broke Ashley's thoughts.

"Hello. I am Abby...you can say I am like a sister to Jake." Ashley's mother introduced herself and signed Jake to sit on the sofa along with Ashley. Abby sat on the single sofa situated perpendicularly to the long one. Both Jake and Ashley sat down on the long one.

"Hello..." Ashley waved her hand slowly. What could she say to the person who was her mother but who introduced herself as a sister to the guy who had done such a magic in front of her eyes.

"How's Ashley?" Jake enquired which caused Ashley's eyes to move towards him at once.

"Oh...she went to school. I think you needed to see how fast she grew. She's two when you left and now she's five. It's been three years." Abby stated. Ashley looked at them in disbelief.

"Does I know him? Who is he? Mom never mentioned about him? Am I dreaming. Oh...wake up Ashley...this is now too much." Ashley thought while Abby went inside the kitchen to bring something to drink.

"Now you believe me?" Jake touched Ashley's right hand and caught her attention.

"Do you think I'd believe this?" Ashley mumbled, her eyes have lots of questions in them. Jake nodded and smiled and then the smile disappeared in no time.

"This is 2006." He claimed.
