Azriel was very shocked after hearing Gabriel the Messenger's announcement.

She can't believe it. Her heart intensifies from beating.

She felt like she would out of consciousness at any moment. She wishes the world would stop spinning.

She closes her eyes and wishing, that this is not happening.

She wished time-traveled back three years ago . . . lying on her back in November, watching the meadow dancing under the golden sky sunset. And he was there in front of her; then, she'll stare at her best friend's back. She'll be tirelessly gazed at it, forever, and not like this.

Azriel sits on the roots of a Cassia tree where the portal opened. The tree is dying. She heaves a deep sighed and regrets what she'd done earlier before she left Eden Garden. She must never talk to God like that. She sounded like disrespecting Him. She closes her eyes and prayed to God to forgive her for the things she said to Him. She admitted it a sin to question His plans for her.

"Because I am wingless!? Will you do this to me? You are so unfair!"

Damn! Why she burst out like that to Him? Yes, God would understand her, but that still so wrong. Besides, she felt guilty. That's why she acted like that. How could she tell Debby about it? She knew how Debby was in love with Blasé. And telling her the news would break her heart, and her heart as well. She is her best friend. Debby is like a sister to her.

Azriel tried to think about how she will going to tell Debby about it. She doesn't want her to hear the news from someone else. She should be the one to say to her. So how she suppose to supposed to her without breaking her heart?

"Hey, Debby! Guess what? Blase is coming home, finally. That was the announcement in the Garden. And you know what? God choose me to conceive His child. It's about time for new angels to be born with wings! Yes, I don't have wings. So I would be happy. And the one who I need to unite with as stand the father of my children and my husband is your boyfriend. Yes, you heard right, it's Blase."

Agh. She can't say it!
