Chapter 8: Unveiling the Mystery

Betty's group followed Gina back into the woods, leaving Eric behind. Eric had spotted the strange white light and had run after it, assuming everyone was following him, including Betty and Gina.

As they rushed to catch up to Gina, Betty and Nancy pondered over their next move. Betty was torn between following Eric and trying to reason with Gina. Nancy's concern mirrored Betty's, unsure of which path to take.

Gina's pace never faltered as she seemed to be in pursuit of something familiar. Betty and Nancy called out to her, urging her to slow down and explain, but Gina was too focused on her mission.

Suddenly, they heard the faint but unmistakable sound of heavy metal music. The music seemed to be coming from a spot close by, and the group couldn't help but be drawn to it.

Gina stopped, confused, and said, "I thought I heard something familiar. It sounded like metal music, and it's close by too."

Nancy confirmed, "Yes, it's definitely metal music, and it sounds like it's coming from over there." She pointed in the direction where the birthday cake was supposed to be.

Betty, now even more intrigued and slightly scared, followed the sound of the music. She reached the area where they first arrived, and to her surprise, it was covered with a beautiful wall of coconut leaves.

Eager to uncover the mystery, Betty attempted to pull away some of the leaves, but Nancy stopped her, cautioning them to think carefully before proceeding.

The tension in the air was palpable as they all stood there, wondering what awaited them behind the coconut leaves. The music grew louder, drawing them closer to the source of the sound.

Gina, impatient and annoyed, charged ahead, shouting, "What's the hold up? Let's see what's behind this!"

With nervous anticipation, they finally made their move, gently parting the leaves to reveal the hidden secret. As the leaves fell away, what they saw had left them confused.
