Love magic trapped in stone

Chapter 2

Looking around Senku would examine his own body thinking the possible out come what it could be but then he saw under the dirt was a hole with more stone fragments thinking it was odd seeing it was perfectly deep under ground, then he remembered of his companion the last thing he did *Michelle she woke up before me but how long ago?*

getting up he place small stones around to make a body outline where he once stood then walked to take a good look in case he saw prints. He couldn't find anything out the ordinary till he came across the cave, coming closer he saw something in grave from the tree and took a closer look it was the markings of her awakening along side her initials of her name. “she's been awake for a year? Well seems she got a head start before me. Now question is where would she be at this point, but for now it's best I explore my self then think of making a camp sight before even thinking of looking for her seeing she would have more of an advantage of finding me then I her.”

With out another word he would take down some vines from a tree and put it around him like a grass skirt still he did had an audience seeing from his first awakening he saw monkeys that where observing him but then ran away mostly freaked out. “Seems I'm the first human they ever seen which is odd enough seeing the first one who woke up was that silly girl well then lest see how things go. This may seem like a page out of a fantasy world but i'll bring the world back with Science alone.”

The first thing Senku did was follow the river down steam till he came to an opening up ahead to clean his hands and drink some water but before anything else something caught his eye a big lump that was under the tree from the field he was in, it was moving at first he thought it was a wild animal till he saw human legs.
What where the chances of finding another human so fast when he first woke up it was 10 billion to 1% at best. With out thinking he would come close to the sleeping lump to get a better look but couldn't get any closer seeing a black shadow jump down from the tree and growl at Senku in defends to keep his master safe from danger.

Taken back he saw clearly it was a large black dog one he didn't think he would see after many years. With no weapons to defend him self he wasn't sure what to do but show the creature he meant no harm.
*He looks exactly like the human statue she would at time visit…could he finally awaken is it actually this one.* Ruth couldn't risk Voicing his own thoughts out load seeing he knew it be more trouble, Senku would try and calmly come forwarded to the animal but Ruth only growl more loudly in response then he would be on top of his mistress for protection how ever Michelle was a heavy sleeper so she didn't know what was going on still she trusted Ruth with her life seeing he was strong enough to take down any wild beast or magical beast as well.

How ever she did move in her sleep to lay more on her back to reveal her sleeping face covered in warrior marks on the edge of her eyes were fang marks and her left cheek was 3 claw marks as well and a dot above the marks her skin was more tan now but some spots where still light tan. Her cloths where of a tang top a bit and a skirt but some pants as well that cover her knees around her waist was tied pouch set and her flute for music all was hanging by a small skull and her feet were covered in boots same as if a Viking would have.

Near her in case she needed to grab them where her weapons and a bag she also made to carry things, it was no small bag it was big as if one would use the same for hiking. Seeing her appearance along with her belongings he was more than impressed by what he saw but was also very relieved to know she was still safe, hovering at her sleeping form Ruth could tell he knew her right away he no longer see him as a threat but still had his guard up as he slowly backed away from his mistress and went to her bag to open it best he could seeing he can't change to his human form.

Taking this chance Senku would carefully come close to the sleeping girl and hold her hand this touch alone made him happy to know he wouldn't be alone for this adventure he would then see the dog come close once again and give him a flask she made that had some Barry juice along with a bit of dried up meat she smoked to last longer almost like Beef jerky she would often eat in the market.  Taking the food and flask carefully he start to take his first meal and drink as Ruth lay down on the grass till his mistress finally woke up “Well good morning sleepy head” chuckling lightly seeing his companion wake up same way a cat would but then froze when hearing the voice of the boy she once knew her eyes would gaze up to her left to see him there sitting next to her as he gave her the same smug smirk as always.
