Vee's pov:

Today's my last first day of school and im kinda excited. ddot moved out of my house and got an apartment bc he said he wanted more space and he feels like his taking over. I get dressedand put on my blue graphic tee shirt my khaki skirt with my blue dunks. I facetimed the girls to make sure they were matching. I grabbed my backpack and headed for starbucks. I got my usual and waited for ddot to pick me up. after around 10 mins he pulled up. I ran outside and got in the car."hey pa" I say kissing him "goodmorning beautiful" he says smiling. we pull off and head to school. we met up with the gang and conversed among ourselves. "I heard we have a new principal and he's making some new rules" nana says "shii he betta not b strict ion got time for no bs on my last year" I mumble rolling my eyes. I had first period with Eva and dd we walk in tg and sat down beside each other ofc. "hello students before we get started today our new principal would like to have a word with you" The teacher smiled walking over to her desk and sitting down. That's when a tall man stride into the classroom wearing an expensive looking suit and a rolex. "Good morning students I'm going to be your new principal and I would like to talk to abt the new rules I have set in place" He speaks very loudly he goes on and on abt stupid rules that im most likely gonna break like no going off campus for lunch, no cellphones in class, no outside food, and dress code bs.

I was barely listening and ended up zoned out when I saw all the girls stand up. Not knowing what was going on I stood up too and the principal walked by everyone to check their clothes he stopped at me "please put you hands downstarit please" he requested I did as told and he said "tsk tsk see this is unacceptable this skirt is out of dress code it is not appropriate for school ima need u to come with me young lady" I looked shocked bc half the other girls had on booty short or skirts shorter than mine.... I look over at eva she gave me a look and I shook my head "why? most these girls got on shorter shii than me" I say rolling my eyes and crossing my arms giving attitude "language miss and u need to be worrying abt yourslef and not other ppl now let's go" he said turning on his heels and walking out the door. I grabbedmy purse and backpack and followed him to his office.

I sat down in front of his desk "how am I the only one who got dress coded out of the entire school" I huffed ion ga who this new nigga is ion goin fa nb bs. "Can I please have your name" he says putting his glasses on and opening his laptop ignoring my question. "Ivoree Hernandez" I mumble quietly "excuse me?" he asks looking up at me "Ivoree Hernandez" I say a little louder he nods his head and begins typing "I can tell your gonna be a problem this year. you're too beautiful to be dressing like that" when he said that I damn near gagged. ion think that's appropriate for him to be saying "uhh can I go now" I ask looking around nervously. "no not yet we need to.... discuss a few things" he says putting his hands together "you know Ivoree your are a very pretty young lady and I've been looking at your records and you've done exceptional in class. you're a shoe in for college" he smiles I nod my head "now I could recommend any college u want for the right price" he smirks standing up "umm excuse me?" I questioned beginning to feel uneasy. he walked up to me and gripped my thigh. "yk what u were doing wearing that skirt hmm" he says rubbing up my thigh going up under my skirt I stood up "im a minor" I said abt to cry "we can keep it our little secrete baby" I was so disgusted I ran out of his office in tears. I sat in the bathroom for the rest of the period and just cried when the bell rang I washed upmy face and headed to my second period I had that with Eva ddot and nana. I walked in a little late but ddot saved me a seat.

"hey u okay u look like u been crying is something wrong?" ddot says touching my knee I jump a little and he looks at me concerned "no.. im fine just a little tired I didnt get much sleep last night" I replied "u were just fine before first period are u sure??"  he said making eye contact with me. I just nodded my head and laid my head down on the table

ddot's pov

somethings wrong with vee I can tell. but she just won't tell me so I guess I have to figure it out myself. I know Eva was in 1st with her so I turned to her "do yk what happened to vee she seems shaken up" I whisper to her "ionk the principal dress coded her for no reason and left to his office she didn't come back so ionk" she whispered back I thanked her and she noded her head. why was she dress coded? her eva and nana wearing the same thing... is that why she's upset? or is there more to it? I have so many questions but ion wanna bother her abt it. so I gave her some space as she zoned in and out throughout the class period.
