ddot's pov:

we are now all at lunch and vee still seems off. she keeps zoning out and just in her own world. Ik this isnt just abt dress code "uh vee can I talk to u for a min" I say looking at her she was staring at the white wall and didnt respond I tapped her shoulder and she jumped, she's been jumpy all day. "huh?" she said looking at me "uhh um can we talk for a sec?" I ask again "oh yeah sure" she mumbles getting up we walk to the hallways and I look at her "what's up you don't seem like yourself... u keep zoning out and youve been all jumpy" I said making eye contact with her "I told u i'm fine just a little tired and I got a little headache" she mumbles quietly I nodded my head "but uh if something happened you would tell me... right?" I asked her she nodded her head "ofc ddot" she said giving me a fake ass smile. I didn't want to push any further, so I just grabbed her hand and walked back to our table.

All day vee's just been out of it, I wanna give her some space but I just can't get it off of my mind. It's now the end of the day and we all were abt to leave "uh u guys can walk without me I gotta do sum" I said as I gave vee a hug and a kiss "where u going" she asked "I gotta talk to a teacher" I replied. she nodded her head and began to walk with everyone else. I turned around and went straight for the principals office. "hello is the principal still here?" I asked the lady at the front desk "hello darrian, yes he's in there I'll call him out" she presses a button "principal Baker you have a student here to see you" she says into the device. Around 2 mins later he came walking out of his office "you can come on in young man" he says. damn he loud ash. I walk into his offica and sit down "what can I do for you sir" he says sitting down in his office chair in front of me."I would like to talk abt vee. or urr Ivoree Hernandez" I said he nodded his head "ahh yess I talked to her earlier today fine young lady. what abt her?" he asked putting his hands together and crossing his legs. "I wanna know why she was dress codded" I said letting out a breath. "i'm not sure I can share that information with you young man" he says. I shook my head "uh well im her bf and I wanna know " I said getting impatient. "if ur her bf why don't u ask her" he asked me picking up some papers and setting them aside "she doesnt wanna talk abt it" I huff. "mhmmm well her skirt wasn't appropriate length" he said shaking his head "well her friends didnt get dress coded" I said looking at him "well their outfits were appropriate then" he shrugg it off. "well they wore the exact same shii so why tf was my gf the only one dress coded" I say getting pissed off "I have to ask you to watch your language " he said sternly I just rolled my eyes "yk your gf is a very beautiful young lady I would keep an eye on her" he said smirking. nahh wtf who tf says dat. "yoo what" I say standing up "im just saying her body type is different from her friends, she got a full thick nice body" he says biting his lips "nahh dick you trippin" I say shaking my head walking out.

I drove to my new apartment and changed into some basketball shorts and a t-shirt then went back out and headed towards vee's house. The second I got there I hopped out the car and ran in not even bothering to knock or anything. I ran up the stairs and into her room "vee vee baby we gotta talk" I said sitting on her bed. she was alying down in her bed just staring at the wall "pls don't call me baby anymore" she mumbles shuttering. "why did I do sum?" I asked worriedly "no no I just dont like dat name anymore" she says I nodded my head "okay we'll we gotta talk I went to the principals office and I noticed some shii" I said she just hummed "mhmmm" I continued "vee mami did he say sum to u or.... touch u" I asked looking at her trying to make eye contact. she then busted out crying. I grabbed her into my arms "shhh its okay te tengo mami te tengo"(I got u mami I got u) I held her into my arms as she cried.

After a while she stopped crying and told me everything. I was so upset. "im gonna kill dat nigga" I said angrily "noo pa don't worry abt it i'll handle it" she said sitting up "oay but if he isnt dealt with by the end of the week ima handle it my way" I said sternly. she nodded her head and we cuddle for a little bit. "hold on I'll be right back" I said getting up putting my shoes on. "where u going?" she asked "I gotta go pick sum up" I say rushing out the door. I went to target got some face masks matching pj's and all our favorite snacks. I also got some fluffy blankets and candles, then I made my way to starbucks, I got her usual and a caramel frap for me. I then drove back to her house. I walked up the stairs with the stuff and entered her room "ik I aint spent the night here in a while sooo I bought some stuff so we can spend time tg" I said smiling. she got up and hugged me "I love you darrian" she said. that made me smile harder "I love u too mami now cmon I got face masks" we walked to her bathroom and I put the mask on her while she put mine on me.

We lit candles and enjoyed each other's company ionk what's going on in her head rn but I hope I made her feel better. That's always the goal. We then laid down and talked til I drifted off to sleep.
