A soldier walked into the palace of Sahara and bowed and asked her if she's ready for the council meeting against Puffin he released the other day she nodded and followed him as a shot of guilt washed over her how could she be present at a meeting against one of her friends, king Puffin of the Kingdom of Sea, she also felt sorry for Apple. The soldier, named Anole, led Queen Sahara through the grand halls of her palace. The SandWing guards stood tall, their scales shimmering in the scorching sun that bathed the desert kingdom. The air was heavy with anticipation as rumors of the upcoming council meeting spread through the palace walls. Queen Sahara entered the council chambers, adorned with intricate carvings of lizards and SandWings. As she took her seat at the head of the table, she couldn't help but feel a wave of guilt washing over her. Puffin, the King of the SeaWings, and his loyal servant, Apple, had been her friends for as long as she could remember. Now, she found herself sitting on the opposite side, preparing to discuss their fate. As the council members trickled in, their scales representing all the tribes of Pyrrhia, Queen Sahara couldn't help but notice the tension in the room. The SandWing queen knew that her decision would heavily impact not only Puffin and Apple but also the delicate balance of their friendship between the two kingdoms. The council meeting began, and Queen Sahara listened attentively as the SeaWings presented their case. Accusations were thrown around like daggers, and tensions escalated with every passing moment. The air grew thick, making it hard for Queen Sahara to breathe. She stole a glance at Puffin, whose eyes met hers, and she saw the pain reflected in them. As the discussion reached its peak, Queen Sahara's heart sank. She had to make a choice, torn between her loyalty to her friends and her responsibility as the leader of the SandWings. She knew she had to set an example for her subjects, navigating through the murky waters of diplomacy and protecting the interests of her kingdom. With a deep breath, Queen Sahara rose from her seat, silencing the room. "Enough!" she commanded, her voice firm but tinged with sorrow. "This council meeting has gone on for long enough. It is time we find a peaceful resolution to this conflict." Sahara said as she got up. The room fell silent as all eyes turned to her. Queen Sahara continued, her voice steady but with a hint of regret. "I cannot and will not forget my friendship with Puffin and Apple. They have shown me kindness and support when I needed it most. As a queen, it is my duty to protect my kingdom, but that doesn't mean I must sacrifice my friends." She continued. A murmur of surprise traveled through the council chambers. The SandWing queen looked at each council member, her eyes filled with determination. "I propose a compromise. Let us find a way to mend the broken trust between our kingdoms. Let us seek understanding, forgiveness, and create a path towards peace." Sahara said looking from one side to the other and met Puffin's eyes. The murmurs transformed into whispers of agreement and nodding heads. Queen Sahara knew there was still much work to be done, but she was willing to put in the effort to rebuild the bridges that had been burned. She hoped that both Puffin and Apple would understand her difficult position and forgive her for the pain caused.
