As Y/n drifted into slumber, she found herself once again beneath the sprawling cherry tree, its delicate blossoms showering her with a cascade of petals. The air was suffused with a serene stillness, and a soft breeze carried the faint scent of the blossoms.
In the distance, a voice called out her name—Tatsuya's voice, warm and familiar. Her heart quickened as she turned toward the sound, her eyes widening in surprise. Emerging from the sea of petals, Tatsuya approached, his form illuminated by a gentle, ethereal light.
"Tatsuya?" Yn stepped closer, her heart filled with love.
He smiled, a soft and reassuring expression that touched her soul. "Y/n, I've been waiting for you."
With each step he took, the distance between them seemed to shrink.
"Im right here my love" yn said. She reached out trying to hold his hand but just as their fingers were about to touch, the dream began to waver. The colors faded, the cherry tree's petals scattered, and Tatsuya's form grew faint.
Her eyes widened."T- tatsuya?... I-.."
Y/n's heart raced, a sense of urgency washing over her.
She started panicking, desperately reaching for him, trying to grasp him.
Come back! Please! Don't leave me here! Tatsuya! Tears running down her face.
His voice echoed in her ears, a gentle promise that resonated even as the dream dissolved.
"I'll always be with you, Y/n."
As she awoke, her breathing was ragged, and she found herself back in her dorm room. Leiri was by her side, a concerned expression on her face.
"Y/n! Y/n, calm down! It was just a dream. You're safe," Leiri's voice was soothing, cutting through the remnants of the nightmare.
Y/n's chest heaved as she took in deep breaths, slowly coming to grips with the fact that it was indeed just a dream. Her fingers trembled as she wiped away her tears, her heart still aching from the intensity of the emotions she had felt.
As Y/n settled back against her pillows, she took a deep breath, pushing the remnants of the dream to the back of her mind. She knew it was just a dream, but its lingering emotions still had a hold on her.
Before she could gather her thoughts, the door to her dorm burst open, and both Geto and Gojo stormed in, their expressions a mix of concern and urgency.
"Yn!" they both yelled in unison, their voices filled with worry.
Both Y/n and Leiri looked at them with wide eyes, surprised by their sudden entrance.
At once, Y/n felt herself enclosed in a tight embrace, first by Geto and then by Gojo. The warmth of their presence and their concern sent a reassuring wave through her.
As they let go of her, Y/n couldn't help but feel a mixture of gratitude and embarrassment. She managed to smile despite her unease. "How did you two know?"
Gojo grinned, his eyes twinkling mischievously. "You accidentally called me, sweetheart."
Geto nodded in agreement. "Yes, we heard you calling out in your sleep."
Y/n's cheeks flushed with embarrassment, realizing that her nightmare had taken a more vocal turn than she had thought. She let out a sheepish laugh, rubbing the back of her neck. "I didn't mean to bother you three."
Geto's expression softened, and he placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "You're never a bother, Y/n. We're here for you."
Gojo ruffled her hair playfully, his usual cheerful demeanor back in place. "Yeah, and we couldn't ignore our favorite student in distress."
Y/n chuckled, feeling a sense of warmth and security enveloping her. As she glanced between Geto, Gojo and leiri gratitude filled her heart. Despite the nightmares and the challenges she faced, she was reminded that she had people who cared about her well-being.
Enough is enough, Yn," Leiri's voice broke the moment, her voice stirn. "We are worried about you! Whatever you're dealing with, you have to tell us what's going on."
Geto's gentle presence offered a sense of calm as he spoke. "Take all the time you need, Yn. But know that we're here to listen, whenever you're ready."
Y/n felt a mixture of emotions swirling within her—relief, trepidation, and the need to finally unburden herself.
"The truth is..." Her voice wavered for a moment, and she looked at Geto and Leiri with a mixture of vulnerability and determination. "The truth is, before I became a first year at jujustu Tech, I woke up with no memories of who I am or where I come from. It's like I had a complete blank slate, and I've been trying to piece together my past ever since. The dreams I've been having... they feel like fragments of a life I can't remember."
Gojo's eyes widened in surprise, his usual confident demeanor momentarily faltering. "Amnesia? You've got to be kidding me."
Y/n's gaze met Gojo's, her own determination growing in the face of his disbelief. "I wish I were kidding. But it's true. I woke up with no memories, and I've been trying to piece together who I am ever since."
Geto's gaze remained steady, his expression compassionate. "That must have been a difficult journey for you."
Leiri's concern deepened, her eyes reflecting her empathy. "You've been carrying this burden all on your own?"
Y/n nodded, her heart heavy yet somehow lighter for having finally spoken the words aloud. "Yes, I didn't know how to share this with anyone. But now, with all of you here, I felt like I couldn't keep it hidden any longer."
Gojo's expression shifted from disbelief to a mix of concern and understanding. He took a step closer, his voice softer now. "Yn... I had no idea. I'm sorry for my initial reaction."
Y/n's heart softened as Gojo's genuine concern reached her. "It's okay. I understand it's hard to believe."
He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, a rare moment of vulnerability in his eyes. "Well, it's a lot to take in. But you're not alone in this. We're here for you, just like Geto and Leiri said."
As the weight of her secret was finally shared, Y/n felt a sense of relief wash over her. She was enveloped in a group hug with Geto, Leiri, and even Gojo, and in that moment, she knew that she didn't have to bear the weight of her past alone anymore.
