KAMISATO AYATO

Throughout my childhood into the years of adulthood I had never really experience what love and romance actually felt like. I could only get a sample of it through plays, people passing
by the estate and my parents. Every year of my life I only focused on one thing; to be the perfect heir of the clan. I shall not let anyone down, not my parents, not my sister, not the people working under my care and not the general public.

Hence why I prompted to seclude myself and let Ayaka do the general appearance to the public. Too much of myself would result in rumours and the like to roam about. I had enough on my plate as it is, and after my parent's death I do not want another negative attention on the clan.

The days of being free ends as soon as I stepped foot as heir, though I was still young and still learning the ropes, I managed to gain my rightful spot as heir and continue my duties as my father does. Its one of the things people kept praising me about; the dutiful responsible soul of my late father passed down onto me to care for the Yashiro commission and the clan.

The image of the clan not only is up to Ayaka, but I as well. Hence why I always... always put up my guard. The only time I ever let down my guard completely... was yesterday.

Time flies so fast and tomorrow, she will be leaving. This fact... made me utterly uneasy. I had come to conclusions that I prefer her company in the estate. The warm feeling, its difficult to let it go. That one I know for sure.

"Don't go to sleep so early today, brother." Ayaka reminded as we ate our breakfast.

I tilted my head to the side, am I missing something? As if she knew my confusion, she lets out a grin.

"I'm sure you didn't forget? Thoma wants us to have a drink with Y/N before she leaves. Don't you want to join as well?"

Ah, that. I almost forgot about it. He suggested the idea a few days ago, and all three of us agreed to make it a surprise for Y/N.

"Oh, that. Yes I'll be joining of course, no exceptions." I told her, smiling despite realising for a fact that she's leaving for good tomorrow. Somehow the smile felt heavier upon this realisation.

Ayaka held her hands together, a sneaky grin appeared on her face; one which is often rare for people to see. "I'm very curious, brother. Is there any reasons you want Y/N in your company yesterday?"

I coughed into the tea I was sipping, nearly choking myself as my sister asked me that question. The question was surprising, especially coming from her. I could hear the soft voice of my sister containing her laughter. I'm amazed that she found this entertaining...

Cleaning up after myself, I placed down the cup of tea. "What is that question, sister?"

"Don't be silly, its not like I'm relaying it to Thoma," she retorted, a smile on her face. "Or maybe you want Thoma to know as well—"
