In the depths of my soul, a fire ignites,
A seething anger, burning bright.
Through every vein, it fiercely flows,
Consuming reason, leaving scars that only anger knows.Like a storm raging through the night,
My heart pounds, my fists clenched tight.
The world around me, a blur of rage,
Pouring out in words that my lips engage.Anger, like a wild beast on the prowl,
Unleashes its fury with a terrifying howl.
It swallows reason, clouding my sight,
Transforming darkness into blinding light.Oh, anger, you seductive trance,
You whisper promises of righteous stance.
But as I hold you close, I feel your grip,
A toxic poison, slowly starting to sip.I've seen the wreckage your fury can cause,
The shattered hearts, the amplified flaws.
Yet still you tempt me, with promises of release,
An escape from the pain, a moment of peace. But I refuse to let you consume my soul,
To let your flames devour my self-control.
I'll harness your power, redirect your aim,
Transforming anger into a burning flame. For within this anger lies a hidden truth,
A strength that can push me towards an improved youth.
I'll channel it, let it fuel my fight,
To bring about change, to set things right. So, anger, though you often bring me to my knees,
I'll harness your energy, and set my spirit free.
For in the crucible of fury, I'll rise above,
A phoenix reborn, bound by the power of love.
