𝙭𝙭𝙫𝙞𝙞𝙞.

Seungcheol stood outside of the courtroom anxiously pacing around the small hallway near the exit. He had already given his witness statement which followed his own members' which happened a few days earlier and his brain was being overstimulated by all of the countless outcomes of the situation occurring in the room only a few feet away from him. Luckily enough the media was prohibited from being inside the building so the male idol was free to ponder as frantically as he wanted to.

Of course the media had yet to shut up about the "scandal" since it was covered by the news sites 3 months ago but only now was actually being settled 7 months after it occurred. Well to be fair, the ceo of a pretty big entertainment company had helped a member of one of the most popular k-pop groups practically plan the downfall of her co-member there was no way it wouldn't be the talk of not only the nation but even internationally it was being heard about.

The sound of wood being hit rang through the corridors and Seungcheol's anxiety had hit an all time high as he resorted to tapping his foot against the carpeted floors. Although after what had felt like years of waiting the large door of the courtroom flung open to reveal Aerin who's eyes immediately went to search for him.

"Aerin!" At his exclamation the female idol's head whipped towards the sound and upon seeing him a large smile grazed her face.

"So?" Seungcheol had tried his hardest to brace himself for the worst of the worst but none of that could compare to how he would act if Aerin wouldn't have assured him. But to his and Aerin's luck, she energetically nodded her head as her smile grew larger by the millisecond.

Seungcheol immediately picked her up and spun her around in pure happiness and upon setting her down the two passionately kissed. This meant that Hyunjae and her father were deemed guilty and hopefully wouldn't be able to live freely again. Sure it seemed like a huge punishment at first more specifically for the ceo since all he did was pull some strings to get his daughter in a group but it turned out that the ceo had a large history of doing some pretty shitty things which were confirmed when some idols under pledis even came and gave testimonies. It was eventually decided though that Pledis would be acquired by Big hit and hopefully everything would be better soon enough.

The two were sharing a sweet moment until gagging sounds were heard from behind them which could only mean one thing. "oh shut up guys." Despite her remark a wide smile was plastered on both Aerin and the eclipse members' faces. "Congrats guys." Seungcheol had become close to Aerin's members over the 7 months that they had been dating so naturally he congratulated them and side hugged them individually.

"Hey same to you." Aki said, breaking free from the hug. "Now we'll leave you guys to your couple stuff!" The girls hurriedly ran away after Xia's statement and both Aerin and Seungcheol could guess that they most likely were going to party their night away--which the three girls completely deserved.

Although, the now increased sound of the camera flashes from outside suddenly brought a thought to Seungcheol's now eased mind as he held onto Aerin's hand comfortably. "The reporters are waiting outside do you want me to heard out first and then you after?" Aerin didn't know where she got the sudden confidence but regardless she turned towards her boyfriend.

"Cheol. . . we're free now and i dunno but I think it's about time we stop hiding. Don't worry, your members are okay with it." A smile grew on Seungcheol's face as he squeezed Aerin's hand tighter.

"Love you too Jeonghan" Over the many months that Aerin had come over to the seventeen dorm she had developed unique relationships with each of the members. Hers and Jeonghan: purely love/hate which was clearly shown through the way he immediately went to side-hug her after giving his sassy remark.

Seungcheol shot daggers through Jeonghan as he continued to hug Aerin especially since the leader knew his member was just doing it to piss him off. It wasn't like Seungcheol was jealous or anything, but let's just say that the two still weren't on the best 10/10 terms although it'd been 7 months.

"Everyone's on the rooftop." Jeonghan led the two through the hallways and upon entering the top of the large dorm complex the three were met with the rest of the seventeen members playing around. Although, Mingyu was the first one to notice their presence and ran up to them which also ended up alerting the rest of the members.

"Rinnie noona!" Jeonghan and Seungcheol clearly cringed at the nickname Mingyu had for his new best friend before the sulky man-child finally realized what had happened and his facial expression was immediately full of offense

"No 'hey my wonderful leader/hyung i am so grateful to have you back' oh okay i see how it is" Mingyu rolled his eyes at Seungcheol before wrapping his arms around Aerin's shoulders.

"Oh please she's one of us now. Plus we like her more." And with a cackle from Jeonghan the night of festivities was just getting started.
